Edles Hotel mit super Ausstattung, Service und Komfort
Pros:

Super freundlicher Empfang, sehr edles Ambiente und sehr gute Ausstattung, Zimmer mit atemberaubender Sicht und ziemlich gemütlichem Bett, unsere Wünsche wurden vollkommen berücksichtigt und wir haben sogar eine tolle Geburtstagsüberraschung bekommen! Gym, Rooftop Bar, Billard usw. 👌🏼

Cons:

An ein paar Stellen war noch etwas Staub. Minibar-Kühlschrank kühlte nicht richtig und war etwas schmutzig, wollte es so nicht nutzen.

7 Tage Hamburg haben nicht gereicht, wir kommen wieder und in genau dieses Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist für uns einmalig. Kurze Gehdistanz zur Bahn. Wir begleiteten eine 90jährige Dame. Das Zimmer im 18. Stock mit Blick auf die Alster, einfach herrlich. Frühstück tip top, sehr nettes und genügend Personal. Inkludierte a la carte Bestellung.

Cons:

Beim Bett hing irgend etwas herunter, sah aus wie dünner Stoff, Der Teppich stand auf einer Ecke nach oben, bim prompt darüber gestolpert und im Bad fand ich ein schwarzes Haar, was aber alles wirklich nicht schlimm ist

Pros:

Huge but really good hotel! Breakfast is good! Was there for a conference and I think it was really a great place to stay. Also has a good gym and (if it works) a nice sauna

Cons:

Spa was broken...with no info beforehand and no discount. I actually booked this hotel because it has a good Gym and Spa area and I paid more to enjoy these advantages after a long working day.
