Es waren 3 tolle Tage im Hotel und in Hamburg
Pros:

Die Lage , die Aussicht , sehr freundliches Personal und es war auch sehr sauber .
Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend.
Für uns war es auch nicht das letzte mal . Kommen gerne wieder 😊

Die Aussicht war super Klasse. Das Bett war sehr bequem!

Cons:

Leider überteuert für das was man bekommt. Hatte schon saubere Hotelzimmer, die nicht so teuer waren! Die Dusche war nicht ganz sauber (alte dunkle Shampoo Reste und die Tür ist nicht ganz dicht und Wasser läuft nach draußen). Außerdem gab es im Badezimmer oben an der Decke einen Wasserfleck. Für über 300€ für eine Nacht erwarte ist da deutlich mehr!
Hat wenig mit dem Hotel zu tun: es flog nachts plötzlich eine Drohne vor unserem Fenster und hat uns evtl. Gefilmt. Wir haben es gemeldet und das Hotel hat sich bemüht, aber leider ohne Ergebnis. Drohne war dann im Laufe des Abends verschwunden

Angenehmes Hotel im Herzen von Hamburg - zu empfehlen !
Pros:

Tolle Lage, super Ausblick aus dem Zimmer über die Stadt. Das Hotel bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten die man von einem 4 Sterne Superior Haus erwarten darf. Zimmer geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bequeme Betten. Frühstücksbuffet sehr abwechslungsreich und gut.

Cons:

Wenn ich etwas zu bemängeln hätte, dann war es beim Servicepersonal. Wir hatten Late Check-Out angefragt und auch bekommen. Es wurde auf die Zimmerkarte aufgespielt was dann dazu führte das die Karte für das Zimmer gar nicht mehr ging. Wir hatten das ganze Spiel dreimal bi es reibungslos funktionierte. Das wirkt etwas unprofessionell, aber kann halt mal passieren.
