Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt bei planten un blomen, fantastisches Blick über Hamburg, Bahnhof Dammtor direkt bei Hotel und zenrrale Punkte gut erreichbar

Cons:

Morgens sehr viel Andrang beim Frühstüccksbuffet. Diesist aber bei einem Hotel mit so vielwn Gästen zu den Hauptzeiten nich zu vermeiden.

Pros:

We celebrated my dogs 12th birthday and he was welcomed with a birthday card and a small gift. The staff was super accommodating. Overall super dog friendly hotel and lots of grass around the area for dog walks.

Cons:

It was hot during the heat wave and the aircondition didn’t seem to work

Pros:

I dislike the Attendant at reception need to be more friendly, onde of them was ver unfriendly.

Cons:

I was in a queque then she told me that she can attend me at that moment, but when another guest appear she attend him, it was a discrinatory action from her, and i felt discrinated. I reported to her collegue who were assist the scenario.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war im 23. Stockwerk und der Hammer. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Die Dusche war sehr undicht und der ganze Boden nass
