total überteuert, aber eben in TOP-Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Unschlagbar an diesem Hotel ist die Lage. In 2 Minuten an der S-Bahn und in 4 an der U-Bahn, 1 Minute in den Park, das gibts sonst nirgendwo. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut und läßt fast keine Wünsche offen. Nur Rührei aus dem Tetrapack geht bei 4 Sterne und deeem Preis gar nicht.

Cons:

Wir waren jetzt das dritte Mal in diesem Haus und so schlecht wars noch nie. Wenn ich in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel zu gut über 200 Euro die Nacht wohne, erwarte ich, daß die Türschwelle nicht mit Klebeband abgeklebt ist, eine Duschtür, die funktioniert und einen Roomservice, der nicht erst nachmittags um halb fünf kommt, wenn ich mich fürs Abendprogramm richten will. Die Tatsache, daß die Duschtüre schon lange nicht mehr funktioniert, zeigt mir leider, daß das Personalhandling im Haus miserabel ist. Überdies muß ich feststellen, daß einem gegen Aufpreis bessere Zimmer bei jedem Mail mit angeboten werden und Mails auf englisch verschickt werden, obwohl man als Staatsangehörigkeit D angegeben hat. Interessiert das Personal alles nicht. Wenn die Lage nicht wäre, würden wir nicht mehr hingehen.

Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Frühstückspersonal

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer am Aufzugschacht. Schon bitter, dass diese regulär vermietet werden. Nur mit Oropax war so einigermaßen an Schlaf zu denken.

A lady called Aida at reception disregarded our complaint about a non functioning shower completely- I came down especially to complain , when we came back in the afternoon, nothing was done and we had to move a room , tired , in the afternoon. The pictures show the cleanliness of the bath tub

Ich komme wieder, keine Frage!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und unkompliziertes Personal. Im Kontakt hatten sie immer ein ehrliches Lachen.
Sehr sauber. Ausgerechnete Lage! Wunderschöne Aussicht, der Aufpreis für Panorama lohnt sich! Wir haben sogar 2x verlängert.
