Tolle Lage, schöne Aussicht!

Morgens kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen.
Antwort: Ja, wir wissen Bescheid und arbeiten daran.

Keine Entschuldigung, kein weiteres Entgegenkommen, ist schon enttäuschend für solch ein renommiertes Haus.

Der Zweck wurde erfüllt.
Pros:

Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Bettwäsche und Handtücher löchrig und zerrissen. Das geht gar nicht.
Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat sich zu unseren vergangenen Aufenthalten in diesem Haus verschlechtert.
Beispiel: Die Snacks und Getränke im SB-Bereich des Einganges ist vom Grunde her eine gute Sache, Die Preise allerdings ausverschämt. Sie übertreffen teilweise Gastronomiepreise.
