Betjeningen ved skranke i lobby ved innsjekk og utsjekk bør ta seg sommerferie. Den eneste ansatt vi møtte som smilte var rengjøringshjelpen på morgenen, Hun smilte et stort og flott smil og var veldig hyggelig.. Bør ansette henne i i resepsjonen..

Pros:

Ses cinq étoiles brillent encore grâce à ses espaces, le professionnalisme de son personnel et sa proximité du centre ville.
Un autre élément positif est la restitution rapide du montant de la caution et d’un surcoût indû.

Cons:

La promesse d’une belle vue poussant sur le site de l’hôtel à surclasser la chambre mais qui n’existe pas. L’erreur commise par une dame à la réception au départ en comptant double le coût de ce surclassement, laquelle a été corrigée par l’une de ses collègues, ici vivement remerciée, au checkout.

Confort, calme et excellent emplacement

Excellent emplacement au cœur de Bruxelles. La chambre était spacieuse, particulièrement calme et équipée d’une literie très confortable, garantissant un séjour reposant. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner, varié et de qualité. La très grande télévision constitue un véritable plus, tout comme la belle vue sur l’intérieur de l’hôtel, qui apporte une atmosphère agréable et raffinée. Une excellente expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Cons:

À notre arrivée, le terminal utilisé pour le dépôt de garantie n’a pas réussi à lire nos deux cartes bancaires. Malgré cela, il a fallu insister avant qu’un second terminal soit essayé. Une fois celui-ci utilisé, la transaction a été acceptée immédiatement. Le refus initial du réceptionniste d’envisager une autre solution, ainsi que son attitude à ce moment-là, ont rendu notre arrivée quelque peu désagréable et ont légèrement terni notre première impression.

Heureusement, cet incident est resté isolé. Tout le reste du séjour a été parfait et l’ensemble du personnel s’est montré très accueillant et professionnel.
