Cons:

L’insonorisation de la chambre est insuffisante et l’ensemble commence à montrer des signes de vieillissement (murs tachés, équipements datés). Dès 7h30, le bruit du personnel d’entretien dans les couloirs est particulièrement dérangeant.
Lors de notre remarque au moment du check-out, aucune réponse satisfaisante n’a été apportée : ni excuses, ni geste commercial. Par ailleurs, le tarif de 35 € pour une place de garage paraît excessif au vu de la prestation globale.
L’expérience ne correspond clairement pas au standing attendu d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Emplacement idéal avec quelques points d’amélioration
Pros:

Très bel établissement, idéalement situé à proximité de tous les points d’intérêt de la ville. Propreté irréprochable. Chambre très bien équipée, très spacieuse et lumineuse. Personnel très agréable.

Cons:

La suite junior avait été réservée en ligne pour 4 (2 adultes - 2 enfants). Le check-in a été fait pour 4. Mais lorsque nous sommes revenus dans la chambre à 20h45 pour coucher les enfants, nous n’avons pas trouvé le linge de lit (draps, couverture et oreillers) pour le canapé-lit. Nous avons appelé la conciergerie et la chambre a été faite à 21h10.
Il nous a été indiqué que la communication n’avait pas été faite aux personnels de chambre.

La chambre donnait sur la rue. Il est donc tout à fait normal que des sirènes de police ou d’ambulance s’entendent dans la rue. Mais les fenêtres n’ont pas une isolation suffisante.

Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur d’un tel établissement. La concurrence propose bien plus de choix et du jus d’orange pressé (non-coupé avec du jus d’orange reconstitué).

Very lovely stay
Pros:

Great location and very attentive staff.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t really clean, found hairs in the bath tub and they don’t provide toilet brushes which I find unhygienic
