Pros:

chambre spacieuse et agréable , petit déjeuné parfait , l'emplacement de l'hotel correspondait en tout point a nos attentes

Cons:

nous n'avons pas pu avoir de taxi pour notre départ, nous avons du partir avec nos 3 valises à pied pour récupérer un Bolt plus loin au niveau de Sainte Gudule

location is good walked to everywhere

Cons:

I have never stayed in a 5 stars hotel that we needed to ask for toothbrushes and top up waters (we are entitled to have 2 fresh bottles per day) when we asked, we had to explain ourself !!!! Room is small, not very clean, the 3rd day we left room late and we asked room to be tidied up. They did tied up badly, no top up water, bedding has done liked my 10 years old son would have done. Me and my wife will go back to Brussel again very soon but will not stay in this hotel.
