Emplacement parfait!
Pros:

Les chambres sont grandes, les lits sont confortables et l’hôtel a répondu à ma demande d’avoir 3 lits simples
L’hôtel est à proximité de tout : à 5 min de la grand place, des galeries royales et de saint Michel et gudule , à 6 min du manneken pis, le tram est également proche ainsi que la gare Bruxelles central et si vous ne savez pas où manger il y a toujours le Wolf en face, sorte de halle de plusieurs stands de foodstreet

Cons:

En semaine, on a le bruit des camions qui arrivent tôt. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit demander peut-être une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue. Mes enfants l’ont entendu mais ça ne les a pas empêché de bien dormir car la literie est vraiment bien.
Il s’agit plus d’un hôtel 4 étoiles ++ plus qu’un hôtel 5 mais le standing est vraiment bien, je ne comprends pas pourquoi l’hôtel n’est noté que 8,3

Great location . Expected a much better service for the price and brand

Lovely aesthetics of the hotel

Cons:

Paid extra for a welcome birthday package . Items were missing

Prod extra for a room on a higher floor . Air con wasn't working and the room was Incredibly hot.

After maintenance tried to fix the problem pulling down the unit from the ceiling ( whilst we were in the room ) they then said it couldn't be fixed so we moved rooms on the second day .

Ple.\n Asant stay, I missed a few basics.
Pros:

The reception and bar area were lovely. We had a couple of evenings where we had a drink in the bar before bed. The staff were always very polite as were any of the cleaning staff we came into contact with, the room was clean. The location was very good, easy to navigate and to get to the metro and the train station and all of the nearby sites. The hotel was very quiet. There was no inter room noise which allowed rest, the lifts were very cool. The room itself was a good size. Good wardrobe space, hangers and several seating areas. In addition to the bed, we like that.

Cons:

The room itself felt more like a 4 star hotel whilst the hotel in the communal areas was lovely and a 5 star. It lacked things such as extra pillows and the toilet paper is really poor quality, which you don't expect an advice that hotel. The toilet took several flushes at key times if you get my meaning and there was no hot water out of the sink at all, the shower was hot though.
