At lunch time and on Sunday evening the restaurant is closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Guten Tag,

ich habe kürzlich aus den USA heraus für einen Kollegen eine Übernachtung in Ihrem Leonardo Hotel gebucht, da ich Ihr Haus aus meiner früheren Arbeitszeit in Hamburg bislang in guter Erinneriung hatte. Umso bedauerlicher ist das Feedback, das ich im Anschluss erhalten habe.

Der Umgangston vor Ort wurde stellenweise als wenig professionell wahrgenommen, unter anderem durch ein sehr frühes Duzen ohne entsprechenden Anlass. Zudem konnte das Fitnessstudio offenbar nicht genutzt werden, obwohl zuvor eine Nutzung signalisiert worden war. ein Aspekt, der nach einem langen Arbeitstag durchaus mit mitgrund für die Buchung war.

Besonders irritierend war eine Situation gegen etwa 23 Uhr: Mein Kollege fragte, ob er kurzfristig ein Ladekabel für sein Mobiltelefon ausleihen bzw. das Gerät kurz an der Rezeption laden dürfe, da sein eigenes Ladeteil offenbar abhandengekommen war. Dies wurde abgelehnt mit der Begründung, das Ladegerät werde selbst benötigt, um am nächsten Tag zur Arbeit zu kommen. Ergänzend fiel ein flapsiger Kommentar, man könne ja an der Bar nachfragen, dort hätten „wahrscheinlich ohnehin alle nur ein Android-Telefon“. Ein solcher Ton entspricht aus meiner Sicht nicht dem Serviceverständnis jegliches Hotels wenn eher einer Jugendherberge insbesondere, da keine alternative Lösung angeboten wurde.

Einen derart wenig serviceorientierten Umgang kenne ich aus der Branche so nicht. Entsprechend werde ich diese Unterkunft künftig nicht weiterempfehlen und stattdessen eher auf andere Hotels in der Umgebung verweisen.

Ich möchte Sie bittendies zum Anlass zu nehmen internen Abläufe sowie die Servicekommunikation zu verbessern und zu prüfen. Mein Feedback werde ich auch an das Management weiterleiten.

Für 1 Nacht ok, aber Comfortzimmer 99 anstatt 89 Euro.

Das Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir haben Comfort-Zimmer gebucht und eines im Parterre im Gang zu den Konferenzräumen erhalten. Es waren keine Nachtleuchten am Bett, sondern nur Deckenlicht. Dazu kleines Bad ohne Ablagen. Eindeutig kein Comfort-Zimmer.
