Sehr enttäuschend für das Maritim, in welch schlechtem Zustand das Hotel ist!

Das Hotel ist sehr alt geworden und wurde in den letzten 20 Jahren nicht renoviert, entsprechend waren viele Dinge nicht so wie man es heute 2026 erwartet. Klimaanlage im Zimmer praktisch nicht funktioniert. Altes Interieur, Dusche in der Badewanne mit Duschvorhang! ( Sowas hat mich wirklich enttäuscht). Kein Bademantel auf dem Zimmer, keine Kosmetikartikel wie, Wattepads, Hygienestäbchen, Duschhaube usw. im Bad. Der alte Geruch im Zimmer war sehr dominant. Die Parkgarage ist eine Katastrophe, für die ich auch noch 16€ bezahlen musste. Dort nisten überall Schwalben und fliegen in Massen durch das Parkhaus, man bekommt schon Angst. Überall Vogelkod im Parkhaus, auch an der Schrank und dem Ticketautomaten. Sehr sehr eklig. Im Frühstücksraum überall alte Tische, wie in den 90er Jahren. Für das Maritim Hotel für mich sehr enttäuschend. Das werde ich nie wieder buchen.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und befindet sich in sehr guter Lage zur Innenstadt. Die Ausstattung modern und sehr sauber. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und ansprechend.

Cons:

Leider war es am Morgen draußen kühler wie die Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht.
Das 'rollstuhl ' Bad ist geräumig, leider fehlt ein Griff in der Dusche, auf sitzhöhe und ans Toilettenpapier kommt nicht mal ein nichteingeschränkter.
