Clean, Comfortable, and Very Welcoming
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were warm, professional, and made check‑in quick and easy.My room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a cozy bed, good water pressure in the shower, and reliable Wi‑Fi, which made it easy to relax and get some work done.The location was very convenient and the on‑site breakfast was fresh and tasty.
Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for the price. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

시설이 쾌적하고 넓으며 모던한 리보델링을 하여 얼바인 내에서 가족여행 또는 중장기 출장시 매우 훌륭한 숙소라고 생각됨

Cons:

와이파이가 휴대폰이 잘 안터져서 불편, 아침식사의 질은 호텔의 가격대비 평범한 수준 이였음

breakfast was fine and access to coffee and tea in lobby great, location alright in a business park

Cons:

internet was not good, spotty connection Internet should be free and so should parking $12 a day for parking in a place where its necessary to have a car

Can't stand the pressure.
Pros:

It felt like I was staying at a friend's house.

Cons:

I stay at a lot of hotels and the biggest complaint that I always have is water pressure. The showers trickle .

Pros:

Was attending a concert for my bday, so I used my free night & stayed at Residence Inn, Irvine Spectrum.
I wasn't expecting too much, marriott properties haven't been my 'good too places for a few years now.

Pleasantly surprised doesn't really cover it.

Upon my arrival/check in, Maria had a bday card & some goodies waiting for me - how did they know? I left check in with a huge smile on my face.

Place looks like a bunch of converted condos/apts. I opened door to my unit & was amazed. Full kitchen (including stove/oven). Counter/eating area. Studio unit, so bed & living room were separated by tv/credenza (?). Shower stall... Place is perfect for extended stays.
Had I known, I would have booked addtl nights there.
Breakfast was usual fare. With a full kitchen, who really needs cook to order meals?
Residence Inn, Irvine had me at the gift bag. None of the other hotel chains I stayed at acknowledged my birthday. Very nice touch, Marriott - kudos!

Pros:

The room was great! Love the space, the kitchen is big with a full size refrigerator. I wish the kitchen was smaller so there would be more space in the living room. They serve breakfast in the lobby and the day we were there it was packed so just be patient, they kept refilling the breakfast items which was great!
