Clean, Comfortable, and Very Welcoming
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were warm, professional, and made check‑in quick and easy.My room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a cozy bed, good water pressure in the shower, and reliable Wi‑Fi, which made it easy to relax and get some work done.The location was very convenient and the on‑site breakfast was fresh and tasty.
Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for the price. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

시설이 쾌적하고 넓으며 모던한 리보델링을 하여 얼바인 내에서 가족여행 또는 중장기 출장시 매우 훌륭한 숙소라고 생각됨

Cons:

와이파이가 휴대폰이 잘 안터져서 불편, 아침식사의 질은 호텔의 가격대비 평범한 수준 이였음

Lovely Property, Inconsistent Service
Pros:

I’ve been on an extended stay at the Marriott Residence Inn Irvine and overall it’s been a very good experience. The remodeled units are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and most of the staff have been welcoming and helpful.

Unfortunately, one aspect has been disappointing. A particular front-desk associate consistently comes across as rude and dismissive, treating guests more like inconveniences than people. Her aggressive, all-attitude demeanor creates an unwelcoming atmosphere and really stands out compared to the rest of the team. After several weeks here, I’ve also noticed that the warm hospitality we felt when we first checked in has faded; it sometimes feels as though long-term guests aren’t valued the same as new arrivals.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the property itself is excellent and deserves staff interactions that match the quality of the accommodations
