Für eine Nacht ok
Pros:

für eine Nacht in Frankfurt ganz ok. ansonsten für ein 4Sternehaus doch eher abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen

Goed hotel, zeker in combinatie met de festhalle
Pros:

De ligging van het Hotel ten opzichte van de Festhalle is optimaal. Ook ten opzichte van de autosnelweg ligt het hotel zeer gunstig en de metro is vlak voor de deur.

Tolles Zimmer bekommen, sehr gute Auswahl an Frühstückscerealien. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.

Maritim Hotel stay.
Pros:

Perfectly good hotel in Frankfurt for one night after flying into FRA from LHR to then move on to explore Germany further. Swimming pool and Gym and the onsite car parking is a welcome bonus, would stay here again for sure.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike on this stay.

The hotel is well located and has a nice pool /gym. The room is also equipped with hot water kettles and a bathtub. i enjoyed the stay at Maritim as a business travellor.

Could Be Much Better, But Outstanding Breakfast Staff
Pros:

There was one member of staff who truly made a lasting positive impression. The lady working at breakfast deserves special recognition. She was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to love children. Every morning she took the time to check whether we were enjoying our stay, asked if we needed any information or assistance, and made us feel cared for rather than just another room number. Her kindness and warm personality were the highlight of our stay and made breakfast a pleasure each day.

Cons:

Our stay was unfortunately quite frustrating from the start. The biggest issue was that the minibar/bar fridge in our room was not working, and we needed a functioning fridge to keep some items cold. What made the situation more disappointing was that we ended up having to change rooms four times before finding one with a working fridge.

Each time there was a problem, we had to go back down to reception, receive a new room, and then move all our belongings ourselves. There was no assistance available with luggage, so we were repeatedly carrying everything up and down between rooms, which became exhausting and took away valuable time from our trip.

While the staff did try to help by finding alternative rooms, the process could have been handled more efficiently. It would have been appreciated if someone had checked the replacement rooms beforehand or offered assistance given the number of moves required.

Overall, the repeated room changes and lack of luggage assistance were disappointing, but the breakfast service, thanks to this wonderful staff member, deserves five stars. She is a real asset to the hotel.

Für einen Messenbesuch ideal!

Tolle Lage direkt an der Messe!
Personal sehr freundlich ,
die Hotelbar war wunderbar mit einem tollen Piano- Spieler.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht so sauber, wie man es von einem Maritim Hotel gewohnt ist. Im Bad starker Verwesungsgeruch aus dem Abflüssen, wenn alle Stöpsel dicht gemacht wurden war es erträglich. Vielleicht war das Zimmer auch längere Zeit nicht benutzt worden.
Parkgarage sehr teuer mit 45 Euro aufpassen- es zählt nicht pro Tag sondern pro 24 Stunden! Wir waren zur Buchmesse früh angereist und mussten daher auch sehr früh wieder rausfahren, sonst wären in der 25.Stunde nochmals 45 Euro fällig gewesen.
