Leider enttäuschend, das Schwimmbad hat gefallen

Das in der obersten Etage gelegene Schwimmbad mit dem fantastischen Ausblick vom Becken aus auf Frankfurt

Cons:

Obwohl vor über einem 3/4 Jahr gebucht, waren wir in der hinterletzten Abstellkammer mit Ausblick auf einen Betonpfeiler untergebracht. Das Badezimmer hatte eine Ausstattung wie aus den 1970 ern, mit einzelnen Hähnen für kaltes und warmes Wasser. An sich nicht schlimm, nur dass sich das kalte Wasser immer plötzlich „abgeschaltet“ hatte und man plötzlich unter brühwarmem Wasser stand. Das Personal vor allem beim Frühstück sehr unfreundlich und unaufmerksam, zudem sehr überfüllt und die Auslagen leer oder sehr unappetitlich angerichtet. Für 25 Euro „nur“ eine Tasse Filterkaffee und ein trockenes Brötchen mit Marmelade zu bekommen (weil alles andere schon leer war und um 09:00 Uhr nicht oder nur sehr verzögert nachgelegt wurde) ist nicht angemessen.

Wir werden leider nicht wieder kommen, obwohl das Schwimmbad und die Lage eigentlich positiv sind.

Das erste und letzte Mal
Pros:

Hotel liegt sehr gut und zentral. Besonders gut für Veranstaltungen und Messebesuche.

Cons:

Nachdem wir eingecheckt haben, wollten wir unten neben der Rezeption an der Bar/Cafe etwas trinken. Es war zwar voll , aber wenn der Kellner zu einem sagt „sie müssen warten, kann ihre Bestellung in ein paar Minuten aufnehmen“, sehr unprofessionell und unpassend.
Hätte er gesagt ich bin gleich bei Ihnen wär das völlig oke gewesen. Sind dann aber nach 20 min aufgestanden und gegangen.

Abends wollten wir dann in der Bar hinter den Fahrstühlen noch einen Drink nehmen, was gefühlt unmöglich war, da es überfüllt war , aufgrund dessen, weil ein Konzert vorbei war und alle hinströmten, was ja auch völlig normal ist, aber mit 3 Mitarbeitern inkl. Theke, schier unmöglich ein Getränk zu ergattern. Sehr schade.

Und für 26€ pro Person das Frühstück auch sehr dreist. Dafür was man geboten bekommt.

Insgesamt für eine Übernachtung im Rahmen eines Konzertbesuchs okay, wenn auch nicht sehr preisgünstig

Cons:

Nach dem Konzert war leider wieder nur das Pub offen und total überfüllt. An Wochenenden nach Konzerten wäre es schön, wenn die Bar im Foyer geöffnet wäre.
Artikel wie Duschhaube muss man an der Rezeption hole.
Im Kühlschrank war verschimmeltes Obst.

Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage zur Messe ist perfekt. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist mehr als vielseitig und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Wir fanden es perfekt.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank war vorhanden, allerdings war dieser warm und lies sich nicht anschalten. Minibar gab es keine, im Bereich der Reception gab es Automaten.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—situated in a safe area and very convenient for getting around. The room was spacious with nice lighting, which made it feel warm and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, with a great mattress that ensured a good night’s sleep. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

the pillows were a bit too thin for my liking, and the toilet shower space was somewhat small. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again.
