I don’t know what happened with this hotel. It was a disappointing experience.
Pros:

It’s the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, as I previously had a pleasant experience—the location is excellent, the facilities were good, and the breakfast was delicious. However, my stay this time was very disappointing. I’ll have to think carefully before choosing this hotel again the next time I travel to Frankfurt.

Cons:

First of all, the room was quite dirty, with visible stains in both the bathroom and the carpet. The bedroom furniture looked old and even deteriorated.
Surprisingly, the staff at the reception was not helpful at all. I had to call several times just to get body wash and shampoo on the first day of my stay because there weren’t any in my room. Additionally, the lady who prepares omelettes and other breakfast dishes was very rude to me and other guests. I ended up having issues with her attitude on both Saturday and Sunday after kindly asking for omelettes for me and my girlfriend, and she handed me the plates in a rude manner.
Besides that, the pool area was unclean, and several people were screaming and making a lot of noise in the water. I couldn’t stay there for even ten minutes.

Garage zu teuer! Aircondition funktionier an sehr warmen Tagen nicht ausreichend. Altes Hotel.
Cons:

Garage für 45 Euro ist eine Frechheit. Andere Parkmöglichkeit gibt es im näheren Umfeld nicht. Die Aircondition hat an sehr warmen Tag leider nicht ausreichend gekühlt. Unangenehm auch in der Nacht.

Schön und bequem
Pros:

mir hat der Swimmingpool gefallen
Und der Frühstück war sehr lecker
und der Service war sehr nett 👍🏽

Cons:

Ich finde es unangenehm das ein gute Hotel mit schlechten Duft im 6. Stock! das finde ich nicht in Ordnung!

Excelent - will recommend it
Pros:

The room was wonderfull, very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good!

Cons:

just the taps in the bathroom, they are old style - you need to blalance between the hot and cold water. but that just if I want ot be very snobbish and particular about details...
