Over all good but could do with a bellboy to help with luggage.

Room had plenty of space and good wardrobe.

Cons:

Just wished that the sauna was open early for morning after exercises, the hours were from 5.30pm - 10.00pm

worst experience will not repeat it, they depend on location near messe frankfurt and service is bad

the room was not cleaned and towels were dirty when we arrived. we called the reception and we had no repsonse wehad to go search for housekeeping to change the towels.

Da anni siamo ospiti di questo hotel, siamo arrivati a cena e gentilmente il signore in sala si è offerto di preparaci lui un piatto unico da condividere, alla fine si è presentato con due aragoste e una bistecca costosissima e il conto è stato esagerato. Non si danno piatti cosi costosi ai clienti senza metterli al corrente. Purtroppo poco professionale e un po truffaldigno.

Bliskość Targow, ktore byly celem podrozy ! Parking pod hotelem bezproblemowy!!! Aczkolwiek 45 Euro/doba... Hotel bardzo drogi ale placi sie za jego LOKALIZACJE, ktora bije nawet Mariott. Sniadanie jak w podrzednym hoteliku. Kolejka do jedynego automatu kawowego, nie zeby kelnerka przyniosla w termosiku i nalała , nie nie takich cudow tam nie znają.... ale wind duzo i ogolnie ok
