Les vistes al mar.
Esta molt lluny de la població. La majoria de les instal·lacions són pagant. L'edifici es vell.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación . Unas vistas espectaculares y bien comunicado . Los espacios comunes , los jardines , piscinas y juegos de los que dispone , es todo muy bonito y ameno para niños . Las camas muy cómodas y hacen que el descanso sea perfecto para reponer fuerzas para el día siguiente . Habitaciones bonitas , luminosas , y con buena ventilación y con mucha luz . Camareros y personal , excelentes .
Nuestra habitación tenía el baño con un suelo en malas condiciones , cuando te duchabas el baño se inundaba y teníamos que poner toallas por el suelo para no caernos, sin mampara , con una cortina de los años 70 , que en un hotel de 4 estrellas no debería permitirse. El inodoro con machas negruzcas por dentro . La verdad es que deberíamos de haber pedido el cambio , pero como era habitación comunicada y la de mis hijos estaba bien ( bueno el primer día se salía el agua por debajo de la mampara y por el bidet se salía el agua hacia abajo, pero lo solucionaron ) así que no dijimos nada . El horario de la cena , finalizaba muy pronto para estar en verano. La comida buena pero faltaba algo más de variedad. . Mala calidad de señal de TV

la nourriture était bonne dans son ensemble mais des fois peut être pas assez à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles (surtout les desserts) et l’eau qui était payante
El personal maravilloso, nos trataron de lujo, sobretodo al niño. Les doy un 10, al cocinero, a las camareras y camareros, en la recepción, a las camareras de piso...a parte de que el hotel está genial,piscina, comida, instalaciones, es muy bonito, la decoración....
We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and then headed south. We regretted not staying longer... We loved everything – from the friendly staff, spotless cleanliness, and varied breakfast to the beautiful ocean view from the terrace and restaurant, the lush botanical garden, and the excellent pool complex. We particularly liked the pools because they were clean, warm, and never crowded. We often enjoyed the upper pool (located in the botanical garden) completely to ourselves. Our child had the most fun playing mini-golf.
We also appreciated the attention given to children – a kids' cosmetic set and crayons welcomed us in our suite. The suite is truly spacious, quiet, with plenty of storage space and as many as 2 balconies.
Loro Parque is just a ten-minute walk away, while we took our car to the center of the charming town – the drive took about ten minutes (you can always find free parking around the hotel, and in the afternoon, close to the town center as well).
The only downside of our stay (though this is not the hotel's fault) was the smell of sewage outdoors (not in the room) – Tenerife clearly has a major issue with its sewage system.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
Me encantó la habitación, mucho espacio, vistas inmejorables y camas comodísimas. El desayuno muy bueno, sin colas, buena atención y cocina en directo. El personal muy amable. Se aparca muy bien por la zona.
Que estaba un poco lejos del centro.
