Herzliche Betreuung , in einem tollen Hotel und in bester Lage mit außergewöhnlichem Frühstück.

Super nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Wir haben uns super betreut gefühlt.

I would stay here again
Pros:

We arrived very early in the morning and the hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful in enabling us to access our room before official check-in time.
The location is excellent for exploring Berlin on foot or by public transport.
The restaurant food is good.
Accessing the lift from the lobby to the rooms by key card provides security - reassuring in such a large hotel.

Cons:

I'd have liked a way to see the view from the top floor!
