Cons:

No gym. For such hotel I would expect more... The room is for 2 but there was only one capsule for coffee. No conditioner, body lotion etc...

Hellhörig, morgens leider kaltes Wasser beim Duschen wurde auch bei langem Warten nicht warm, Fernseher hat auf vielen Sendern Störungen, so dass man nichts schauen konnte.

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip egal ob beruflich oder einfach nur Sightseeing und chillen
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Rewe, Restaurants, Bars, Italienische Feinkost, sowie ein Kinocenter in Laufweite. Tolle öffentliche Anbindung. Die Bar und das Restaurant sind sehr angenehm und das Essen und die Cocktails sehr lecker. Die Preise für Speisen sind top. Getränke geht so. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer geräumig mit einem tollen sehr großem gemütlichen Bett. Selbst eine Minibar gibt es. Schöner Balkon zum chillen (man muss sich nur den Strassenlärm wegdenken) Ein toller Indoorpool. Sauna war leider zu da dort wohl renoviert wird. Hundefreundkiches Hotel. An der Rezeption stehen direkt Wassernäpfe und man bekommt fürs Zimmer auch Näpfe, Decke und Leckerli (Napf und Decke brauchen wir eigentlich nicht da wir es immer dabei haben da unser Hund seine lieber mag) allerdings zum überteuerten Preis von 25 Euro PRO Nacht.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmer funktioniert nicht manuelle sondern zentral gesteuert. Daher war diese einfach schon ausgeschaltet. Dadurch war es im Zimmer warm und stickig. Fenster öffnen geht zwar aber auf der einen Seite Lärm durch eine große Kreuzung mit 8 Spuren die vielbefahren durch Autos und Bussen sind, zusätzlich noch quietschende Straßenbahnen. Auf der anderen Seite durch Züge, ICE etc da HBF um die Ecke. Wenn die Fenster zu sind ist es sehr ruhig aber dafür wie gesagt warm und stickig ohne Klima. 5 Euro Gebühr für einen Bademantel in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie geht gar nicht! Ebenso ist die Tiefgarage überteuert.

Sehr gute Lage, wenn man mit der Bahn anreist, Personal super freundlich und kompetent. Toller Service. Konnte meinen Koffer abstellen bis mein Zug abends fuhr.
Zimmer im 9. Stock inklusive Balkon und toller Aussicht.... Preis/Leistung top...ich komme bestimmt wieder

Extremely pleasant experience!!!
Pros:

Nice comfortable room and a wonderful breakfast.
Superb location within a few hundred meters of the Hbf, offering seamless connectivity to the rest of Darmstadt and Frankfurt. There is also a bus that goes to the airport right from the Hbf. The pool looked decent, although I did not use it.
