Dobra lokalizacja, przestronny i czysty pokój
Tragiczne procedury zameldowania, musiałem czekać 30 minut w kolejce ciągnącej się przez cale lobby żeby móc się zameldować. Obsługa hotelu każe gościom samodzielnie spisywać dane każdego gościa, co powoduje, że cały proces jest bardzo mozolny i długi, a w recepcji są tylko dwa stanowiska.

a lot of things went wrong, but staff tried their best to help.
1. We were given keycards to another room with people’s belonging inside, severe security risk. Safeguarding risk with school trips staying in the hotel.
2. We returned to the receptionist and informed them someone else must have checked in to room we were given keys to. We were then given a new room, which we then found out to be a twin room despite booking and being charged for a double room. The receptionist did not notify us of this change when we were given the keycard. We thought this was a mistake and questioned it. We were told the hotel was fully booked and they had no more double rooms available.
3. The bed was nasty with hair, dirt and stains.
4. Receptionists were overwhelmed as everyone had issues.

Location, facilities are very poor and the staff not professional.
Location, staff, breakfast, very comfortable bed.
The room floor and toilet floor were dirty (bits of food from previous guests) when I arrived. I was exhausted from traveling all day and only wanted to shower and sleep, I did not have the energy to notify the staff. The bed was super comfortable though and managed to sleep great.
