Siempre volvería a este hotel, es la segunda vez que me hospedó y lo que más me gusta es la cercanía con gare du Nord, las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas.
Que el desayuno no tiene mucha variedad, es lo único.

Durch die vielen Schulklassen war bis morgens um 6 Uhr Party im Hotel. Außerdem wurde viel zerstört und in den Zimmern war die Einrichtung auch teilweise zerstört.
Das Frühstück war Ok, aber auch nicht wirklich besonders.
Comfortable rooms and plenty to do in reception to stay occupied in hotel. Little shop perfect for late arrivals needing some supplies too.
We had paid for our room via booking.com but the person on reception had to make a call to assign us a room. This took over an hour to get through and get us checked in which was very frustrating at 1:45am
Es hostel, se sabe donde se va, cumple para una noche.
El personal es excelente y nos dejaron dejar el equipaje a la salida y estuvimos en la sala común unas horas cómodos ya habiendo hecho el check out.

O problema maior era a arrumação do quarto, tínhamos que pedir, e mesmo assim não faziam, ficamos 8 dias e so arrumaram 2 vezes o quarto com muita insistência.
Até papel higiênico faltou e tínhamos que buscar na recepção.
Achei que era um hotel, e era um hostel, mas mesmo assim a limpeza deveria ter sido melhor.
A localização é longe do centro, a pé da 2km.
Mas a estação de trem é do lado.
Wir mussten dreimal das Zimmer wechseln. Beim 1. Zimmer war der Aussenhof sehr dreckig und die Fenster nicht abschliessbar. Was bei einem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss nicht ideal ist. Das zweite Zimmer war noch im Umbau, keine Dusche. Das dritte Zimmer war in Ordnung. Da aber das Zimmer falsch umgebucht wurde, wollten sie uns am dritten Tag aus dem Zimmer werfen. Mein Mann hat dann mit dem Management Kontakt aufgenommen und wir durften bleiben.

Le prix était intéressant pour Bruxelles et pour une chambre familiale. Bon emplacement. Le matelas était confortable. Le parking était pratique et sécurisé.
Lits des enfants a faire nous même à l’arrivée. Nous étions à 4 (chambre familiale) pour 4 nuits, aucun ménage n’a été fait. Beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir entre 22h et 23h avec peu d’isolation. Tres peu de rangements, bien pour une nuit, un peu compliqué pour 4.
Je tiens à exprimer mon mécontentement concernant mon séjour dans cet hôtel. La gestion est vraiment médiocre et donne l’impression d’un manque total de professionnalisme. Les collaborateurs semblent désengagés, comme s’ils étaient en vacances, sans réelle attention portée aux clients.
En ce qui concerne la propreté, la situation est inacceptable : la salle de bain était sale, la chambre également, avec de la poussière visible et des murs tachés. Ce niveau d’hygiène ne correspond absolument pas aux standards attendus.
Je suis très déçue par cette expérience et je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement.
