Le bruit, la saleté, le non confort,
Un problème avec l'alarme incendie qui sonne le soir et la nuit (1h du matin) et ce, plusieurs fois !! Aucun contrôle du bruit dans les couloirs (des gamin cours et crient de 1h30 à 3h30 du matin) !!
Et le petit dejeuner, au vu du prix ressemble à une arnaque
Pas d'éclairage de lit

De devoir faire moi-même le check-in. À quoi sert le personnel à l'accueil ??

D'être dérangée par le personnel de nettoyage qui frappe à 9h30.

Vétusté et poussière de la chambre

This hotel is a disgrace. The only decent things are the reception, the common areas, and the parking. Room 4321 is an abomination — from the cold décor that feels like a gloomy alleyway to the actual dirtiness. The bathroom is very dirty, the bath is only a shower ( you literally sales bath on booking but you cannot use it as a bath by only as shower) and the bed is a nightmare: the bed base creaks with the slightest movement. I literally have a video where you can see me barely turning to the side and hear the bed base creak, which woke me up several times during the night!
No phone to even call reception, not even a cup in the room. In fact, there isn’t even a direct number to contact reception when groups of young kids are throwing trash on the floor, spilling things in the elevators, and running through the hallways shouting from 8 pm to 11 pm. Minors with no responsible ? I had to call the main line to explain what was happening!!!
Never again will I set foot in your hotel. At €110 (in promotion) a night, next time I’ll book an Airbnb instead! You talk about safes being available, yet there are only some at the reception and none in the rooms.
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Brussels.
Avoid at all costs!!

Le bruit. L'impression d'être dans une colonie de vacances avec des jeunes qui font du bruit jusque 1 H du matin. Le petit déjeuner très pauvre.le prix de la recharge électrique au forfait 25€ très cher.

Very dirty. They don’t have cleaning staff so the bins were all very full at the end of day with garbage on the floor. Besides, I couldn’t sleep there on the first night due to the lack of cleaned bedrooms. Even though they arranged my stay in other hotel it was very inconvenient. They advised me to call a taxi instead of uber so they could refund me but it’s been a month and nobody has ever replied my emails.

Le bruit

Uz ielas pusi bija logi, un naktī varēja dzirdēt, ka uz ielas bļaustās. Numuriņā nebija tējkannas, krūzītes un ēdam piederumu.

The wall was too thin. Could hear when the other visitors were coughing in their bedroom.

-Le gros point noir du séjour a étais le parking, très chère (30€ la nuit), l'accueil ne m’a pas fournie de badge, ca a etait très compliquer de sortie, le gardien de nuit etait visiblement pas au courant de comment marche le portail, c’est une autre employée qui m’a ouvert.
-le système d'épicerie automatique marchais pas, j’ai voulue prendre une bière, la machine demande une carte pour vérifier l'âge, elle n'a jamais voulu passer.
- lors de mon séjour, il y avait une centaine de jeune dans l'hôtel qui devais faire une sortie scolaire, ils courrais dans les couloirs la nuit, le hall d'entrée était impraticable, ils ont déclencher l'alarme incendie a 8h du matin.
Pour 130€ la nuit, j’ai trouver tous ca particulièrement agissant...

The neighbourhood felt a bit unsafe

La recepcionista del sábado y el domingo por la mañana no fue nada amable.
Le pedí una almohada extra porque tengo un problema y he de dormir más alta y me la negó.
Por suerte por la tarde estaba otra persona y no puso ninguna pega a mi petición.
