Emplacement top et pratique
Pas de poubelles dans la chambre, douche bouchée.. c’est dommage
L’emplacement
Tout à changer depuis le changement de propriétaire. Petit déjeuner très moyen, propreté laissant vraiment à désirer avec des trous dans la moquette sale du couloir et des traces jusqu'au plafond. Un an et demi avant tellement différent. Nous n’y retournerons plus.
La chambre sentait la cigarette dans un lieu plein des SDF , dangereux de sortir de promener la nuit
El alojamiento es amplio pero es muy sucio

Los cristales tenían mucha cal
No tenían implementos básicos de aseo como en cualquier otro hotel
La cama dejaba mucho que desear
Buena ubicación para transporte en tren y avión
limpieza general entró antes de desocupar el cuarto y unos accesorios que se habían caído ya no se pudieron encontrar
El trato de la gente en recepción
El desayuno era un caos, con todo tirado por el suelo, los camareros gritándose unos a otros y a los clientes, colas interminables para servirse un cafe decepcionante, nada sano de comer.

Sadece odaların büyüklüğü ve personelin nezaketi ve güler yüzlülüğü
Özellikle bizim temizlik anlayışımıza hiç uymuyor. Tuvalet paslı küvetin duş camı kireç içindeydi. Odanın yerlerine paspas yapılmış mı yapılmamış mı anlayamadık toz içindeydi. Otelin ( hostelin) çoğu yerinde "şehir uyumuyor ama biz uyuyoruz saat 22.00 ve 06.00 arası gürültü yapmayın "gibi bir uyarı olmasına rağmen ilk gece tam bir kabustu sabaha kadar sarhoş diğer konuklar ya kapımıza vurdu ya da koridorlarda bağırıp durdular. Ertesi günü eşim bunu resepsiyona söylediğinde buranın bize bir hostel olduğu ve normal olduğu söylendi. Hostel olduğunu zaten bilerek rezervasyonunu yaptık 5 yıldızlı bir otel konforu da beklemiyorduk. Tek beklentimiz bir yatak ve uyumaktı o da ilk gece mümkün olmadı. Diğer 2 gece ses falan duymadık. Konumu bence istasyona çok da yakın değildi. Akşamları da muhit pek güven vermedi.

J’ai réservé un lit double pour 2 personnes on m’a donné une chambre d’ado avec 2 lit sépare des posters dans tout les murs il y’avait même pas d’essuie pour se sécher dans la salle de bain je trouve ça honteux allor que je suis une femme de 50 ans je je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite depuis des années je vien chez vous je suis une cliente fidèle Je trouve sa inacceptable vraiment
