Cons:

Lift war bei der Ankunft defekt und wir schleppten die Koffer über 3 Etagen ins Zimmer.
Im Zimmer hatte es, obwohl reserviert für 2 Personen, nur ein Duvet. Der Herr an der Reception konnte noch eines aus einem leeren Zimmer organisieren.
Sehr lautes Zimmer, die Züge fahren direkt vor den Fenstern durch und es fühlt sich an, als würden sie mitten durchs Zimmer fahren.

Ich komme nicht wieder
Cons:

Leider in die Jahre gekommen. Mehrere Fahrstühle gehen nicht. Dann ist die Haupteingangstür verschlossen und man kommt nur über die Seiten rein.

Ich war öfter jetzt im Plaza. Bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt war das einchecken nicht wie gewohnt. Die Person hinter dem Tresen war so unfreundlich. Man hat sich direkt unwohl gefühlt. Bei dem Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Jedes mal, wenn es zu warm war habe ich das Fenster geöffnet und danach musste ich natürlich die Bahn hören. Am nächsten Abend konnte ich mein Zimmer tauschen. „ auf der ruhigen Seite „. Jedoch hat dir Klimaanlage auch dort nicht funktioniert. 👍sehr toll. Geld für zwei unangenehme Nachten bezahlt und dann noch 36 euro fürs parken.

Zimmer waren relativ modern

Cons:

Nicht ganz sauber! Die Bettbezüge hatten Flecken überall waren Haare. Das Frühstück war ok - basic. Nichts besonderes. Etwas lieblos.
Personal wirkte nicht professionell und kühl.

Auf jedenfall zu empfehlen
Pros:

Frühstück perfekt, Wellnessbereich auch top, Zimmer super sauber und die Ausstattung top

Cons:

Zimmer zu warm. Wenn man die Fenster auf hatte, war es sehr laut
