Cockroaches everywhere in the room, in the bath. It’s a systemic problem, I found the traps under the bed. The room was very dirty and unhygienic

Pros:

Die Lage und der Eingangsbereich.

Cons:

Personal: Service ist leider nicht sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, weder bei der Buchung noch bei direkter Ansprache um Unterstützung.
Zustand: Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Als Reisende aus der USA sind wir unter solch einem Namen „PLAZA“ eine andere HotelKategorie gewohnt.
Die AC war unzureichend und ansonsten erschien es ziemlich abgewohnt. Qualität/Preise/Service stimmt nicht.

Barman was really helpful and friendly

Cons:

Clerk at front desk was not friendly at all handed me my card basically told me to look at it and find my way to the room. I walked the wrong directing to the look for the lifts. Very unprofessional and wish you all the best
