Insgesamt gut, aber das geht noch was
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Zimmer, gute Lage

Cons:

Ein Ventilator wäre aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage schön gewesen. Und ein kleiner Tisch und Stühle auf dem Balkon wäre auch ne Idee. Dann könnte man ihn auch nutzen.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Schönes Hotel direkt am Stadtgarten.
Saubere moderne Zimmer mit super Bad und Dusche.
Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich.
Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das einzig negative war die nicht funktionierende (im Umbau befindliche) Kilmaanlage.
Dafür waren große Ventilatoren in den Zimmern

Leider waren noch Handwerker in den Zimmern am Arbeiten mussten 1,5 Std. warten bis Sie Feierabned machten
Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, War ein alter Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt der sehr laut war

Immer wieder gerne! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

Wir waren inzwischen schon mehrmals im PLAZA Hotel Gelsenkirchen und sind jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Deshalb kommen wir auch immer wieder gerne hierher.

Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt, die Zimmer sind angenehm und das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön finden wir die Zimmer mit Blick auf die Veltins-Arena – für uns als Fußballfans natürlich ein echtes Highlight. 😊 Die Arena ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen.

Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut: reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Wir haben uns bei jedem Aufenthalt sehr wohlgefühlt und waren bisher immer rundum zufrieden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

-Also during breakfast a lot of flies were visiting the foods.

Kann mal gut werden, wenn alles renoviert ist.

Schönes renoviertes Zimmer. Sauber und modern. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Sehr warm, keine Klimaanlage. Balkon vorhanden. Leider ohne Möbel.
