Everything was excellent, breakfast and staff. You walk out the hotel right in front of Pantheon. Very close to all major attractions: Trevi Fountain about 8 min, Spanish Steps about 15 min, Colosseum about 35 minutes and also Vatican City about 30 minutes.

Breathtaking views
Pros:

The experience was exhilarating, my room was upgraded. I was able to overlook the pantheon, which was breathtaking for me. I was there solo coming back from a business trip from another country so I got three days of just relaxing and sightseeing and you couldn’t find a better hotel, the staff, the breakfast, the rooftop, and dimly the most gorgeous features. I would book this every time I came.

They kept turning off the air conditioning by some master control. We would wake up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat and have to call them to turn it back on. They would barely pick up the phone when we called reception and had to call repeatedly. Also, they don’t offer any complimentary water bottles in the room or at breakfast. They told me to drink from the bathroom sink. Very rude at front desk. Oddly asked us to leave our passports with the front desk and put room keys whenever we left the hotel.

Pros:

Great location! The hotel itself could have been a little cleaner (the floors were dirty, there was rust in the shower etc.) but overall our stay was good and served its purpose. Very friendly staff and very convenient for sight seeing!
