I really enjoyed my stay at this houseboat. The place was incredibly nice, calm, and peaceful a perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. The houseboat was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. What truly stood out was the hospitality and the hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. It was a relaxing and memorable experience overall. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was great. The owner was very proactive in meeting all our expectations. The caretaker was great and provided us with the best service.

Cons:

The shower is leaking and needs to be fixed, else it will damage the wooden floor.

Pros:

Nice ambience, beautiful location with Shankaracharya Temple on top of the mountain just in front of the property. The owner, Sahil bhai, was very cooperative, courteous and considerate. He took care of all our routine and special requirements and helped us in having a wonderful stay in a houseboat, a memorable experience for us. I would recommend New Sea Palace Houseboat to my friends and family, when they are visiting Srinagar
