It’s ok for max of 2 nights
Pros:

They really tried to do their best. It is pretty good centrally located.
The is a problem with electricity which is not their fault but I was not aware of it. Very noisy as no isolation. All those house boats r like 50 years old and they have that ol times charm but a bit away from civilization.

Cons:

It’s too restricted area, Kashmir , too much military and check points. The whole atmosphere is way different from the rest of India.

We had a wonderful time.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was great. The owner was very proactive in meeting all our expectations. The caretaker was great and provided us with the best service.

Cons:

The shower is leaking and needs to be fixed, else it will damage the wooden floor.
