Nice stay in Hamburg
Pros:

Nice hotel good location beside train station and nice breakfast. Nice room, bathroom a bit small but convenient enough. Service at Emil’s bistro average, not the most friendly or caring. Great staff at reception, very helpful.

Ein paar freie Tage
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist prima. Frühstück hervorragend. Das Hotel macht einen mondänen Eindruck in der Eingangshalle.
Es gab sogar einen Eisstand im Foyer mit 6 verschiedenen Sorten.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Sommerangebot gebucht und blieben 3 Nächte ( Mi -Sa). Unser Zimmer war klein und im 3. Stock im letzten Winkel. Vom Aufzug aus 4 mal um die Ecke und lange Wege zu gehen bis man dort war. Blick auf eine Tankstelle. Jeden Morgen wurde da was angeliefert oder die riesigen Müllcontainer wurden geleert. Die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Es gab nur eine Klimaanlage.
In der Dusche waren viele schwarze Schimmelflecken im Silikon. Das war ekelig.
Warum gibt es denn immer einen Haken bei den sogenannten Angeboten???9
Die Bettdecken waren zu dick und schwer für den Sommer.
Die Frühstücksräume waren überfüllt und laut.
Zu viele Leute am Buffet .

Pros:

Schöne Empfangshalle, Hotel mit Geschichte, sehr gute Lage, schönes Zimmer, sehr gute Betten

Cons:

Empfang, früher wurde einem geholfen bei An-, Abreise mit grösserem Gepäck

Het ontbijt was erg goed en heel uitgebreid

Er moest apart worden betaald voor de sauna, is praktischer om dat gewoon te verdisconteren in de prijs.

Super emplacement, hôtel moderne et accueillant et personnel très agréable

Hôtel très bien placé et très bien tenu.
Personnel très agréable et sympathique.
Petit-déjeuner copieux.

Cons:
