Sehr besonderes Ambiente direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Moderne Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet hat alles, das man sich wünscht. Umgebung rund um das Hotel angenehm.

Zum Teil lange Wartezeiten an der Bar, obwohl kaum Gäste anwesend waren. Das Personal (an der Bar) war nicht immer aufmerksam. Zu diesem Service passen die Getränkepreise aus meiner Sicht nicht wirklich.

Eine super Möglichkeit, seinem stressigen Alltag kurzzeitig entfliehen zu können.
Pros:

Die Lage ist für uns persönlich perfekt und ebenso das Hotel inklusive seiner Hotelangebote (-möglichkeiten).

Jeder hat Herausforderungen, so auch bei unserem Aufenthalt das Hotel kurzzeitig mit seiner Heizung. Die Mitarbeitenden haben für uns freundlich und schnell eine gute Lösung gefunden.
Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder.

Das hotel is super,sind jedesmal in dem hotel. Die Lage is perfekt. Direkt gegenüber vom Hamburger Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre gut,damit man mal was Kühl lagern könnte.
