Stilvoller Hamburgaufenthalt in Hbf.-Nähe
Pros:

Stilvolle Hotelhallte Gute Betten, großzügiges Bad. Excellentes Frühstück. Da das Zimmer schon fertig war, konnten wir früher einchecken. Sehr nettes Personal.

Es war wie immer schön im Reichshof. Kommen bestimmt wieder.
Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die sehr komfortablen Zimmer, es war absolut sauber.
Das Frühstück war reichlich und nie war etwas leer. Nach unserem Gefühl war für jeden etwas Gutes dabei. Auch der Aufenthalt im hoteleigenen Restaurant hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gäbe, dann das die Getränke im Gegensatz zum Essen doch recht teuer sind.

Schitterend gebouw en comfortabel hotel
Pros:

Prachtig interieur, monumentale lounge, fijne rustige kamer met prima bedden, gratis flesjes water. Goed gelegen, vlakbij de Kunsthalle, restaurant in orde, normale prijzen, aardige bediening.

Cons:

Parking bij t station is.krap. Lastig uitrijden en flink aan de prijs.
Geen minibar in de kamer..

alles in allem, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage für Bahnfahrer, Zimmer eher klein, am Ende des Flurs, aber keine Beschwerde über die Größe. Super leise im Zimmer, Frühstück guter Durchschnitt, fast immer höfliches Personal.

Cons:

Drinks in der Lobby war wohl ohne Alkohol ;-),da dort bestoßene Ecken im Flur, Fenstermechanismus nur mit Zureden

Cons:

Mehrere Tage die gleichen Spinnennetze am Zimmer.
Das Personal, gleichgültig in welchem Bereich, spricht viele Sprachen aber nur ungenügend Deutsch.
Die Qualität der Speisen im Restaurant im Hotel ist mangelhaft ( Risotto mit rohem Reis)
Alle Speisen, Vorspeisen und Hauptgang werden gleichzeitig serviert, aber niemals wieder abgeräumt, sodass man als vierköpfige Familie mit 8 Tellern und meherern Gläsern 30 min auf die Rechnung wartet.

Tiny Gem with Rich history.
Pros:

Beautiful historic building right outside of central station, very convenient. Thanks for the coffee machine inside the room to kick off the morning.

The bathroom was a good size but the bedroom is tiny!

Volltreffer: würde immer wieder dort übernachten!
Pros:

Bei Ankunft hatte ich selbst einen raschen und freundlichen Checkin (war gerade nichts los) und ich durfte schon Mittags in mein Zimmer (ohne Aufpreis !). Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und extrem sauber. Bad hatte eine sehr große Dusche (mit Glastür zu schließen) und war erfreulicherwiese absolut dicht. Historischer Frühstücksraum ist eine Augenweide, wenn man dort einen Platz zugeteilt bekommt - wie uns - dann ist es toll. Das Frühstück war extrem vielfältig, schön präsentiert, leckerste Omelettes, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Bar ist ein besonders schöner Ort, leckere Cocktails! Lage des Hotels (s.u.) wie in Großstädten halt in Bahnhofsnähe nicht sooo schön, aber man verliert einfach kaum Zeit durch die kurzen Wege zu den Öffis! Die Möglichkeit, sein Gepäck bis zur Abreise sicher im Hotel zu lagern, ist natürlich hilfreich. Mir hat auch gefallen, dass uns das Gepäck bei Abholung rasch übergeben wurde, ohne dass wir den Check-in der zahlreichen Personen abwarten mussten.

Cons:

Check-In dauert lange, wenn mehrere Personen an der Rezeption warten, kann sich das hinziehen. Kenne ich so eigentlich nicht. Lage am Hauptbahnhof ist sicher nicht die Schönste... (wurde aber von uns als Ausgangspunkt absichtlich so gewählt).
