We’d love to come again. Hamburg is a great city and this hotel is wonderful.

Great hotel from which to explore Hamburg on our three night visit.
Pros:

Great hotel, with very attentive staff. Only a 5 minute walk from the main train station. Great breakfast, located in the centre of Town. Easy to walk to all the main tourist sites. Not many amenities, all located in the basement, but for a lovely hotel from which to explore Hamburg, it was very suitable.

Location, History, Breakfast

Cons:

Only one person on reception so irratating wait. We ask for a room at the front as high as possible and received a low room at the back. Completely the opposite without explanation. Slow disorganised dinner on first night and meal rather poor for the perceived standard of the hotel. We asked for decaf coffee pods but told they had none but we could buy a decaf coffee at the cafe so if you can't medically drink caffeinated drinks it hard luck and you have to pay!!

10/10 got a Grand hotel
Pros:

Loved it was quite even though it was basically across the road from the Hamburg train station. The friendly staff, the staff in the kitchen, breakfast was amazing, the beautiful building and lovely spacious rooms. 0

Cons:

Couldn't fault this accommodation.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Mittlerweile unser „Stammhotel“ in Hamburg, direkt am Hauptbahnhof, moderne und komfortable Zimmer, umsichtiges und kompetentes Personal.

Cons:

Einer der Mitarbeiter am Empfang hat offensichtlich Schulungsbedarf.

Für eine Nacht ganz okay
Pros:

Ausgiebiges Frühstück. Nettes Personal. Gute zum Hamburger Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Die Bezahlung beim Auschecken von dieser komischen Touri-Abgabe. Kann das nicht gleich mitbezahlt werden.

パブリックスペースが充実していてスタッフの距離感も私にはちょうど良くリラックス出来たので概ね満足しています
Pros:

ハンブルク中央駅の前にありアクセスは最高です。
内装はヨーロッパ調で趣があり良かったです。
ロビーも広くて食事をしたり飲み物をゆっくり飲むことも出来ました。
ロビーでワゴン販売しているアイスクリームもおすすめです。
朝食会場もゆったりしていてスタッフもフレンドリーです。

Cons:

空調の調子が悪く、部屋のコントローラーは効かない状態でした。
朝食の量は十分ですが、品数は充実しているわけではないので長期滞在時には飽きるかもしれません。
部屋に冷蔵庫がないので長期滞在時の食品保存には困るかもしれません。
