Excellent hotel in a prime Hamburg location.
Pros:

Great location with nicely appointed, clean rooms. Very hospitable staff. Hotel has an old world charm to it.

Cons:

Room was a little small but this is a minor complaint.

Near station and lovely lounge areas.
Pros:

Very near Main station and metro. Staff were nice. Breakfast was very good. Had a gym.

Cons:

Room a bit small and a bit of a rabbit warren to get to our room. Have to Ask if you need an electric jug and we were only given tiny cups .

Pros:

The room was very pleasant, with an extremely comfortable bed and proper pillows, by which I mean feather-filled, and not horrible microfibre filling. The shower gel and body cream supplied in the bathroom smelled wonderful and felt very luxurious. There was a coffee machine in the bedroom, which was also a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent. A very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The room was a little bit noisy, but I appreciate the location is right next to the main train station.

Tolles Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage am Hauptbahnhof war super, alles war schnell zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Auch Vegetarier finden hier eine große Auswahl!

Cons:

Leider fanden wir in einer Ecke im Badezimmer schwarzen Schimmel und das Licht der Stehlampe war defekt. Wir meldeten dies natürlich und ich habe das Gefühl, dass unsere Meldung ernstgenommen wurde. Leider fiel uns das erst zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes auf, weshalb ich nicht bewerten kann wie schnell das behoben wurde.
