Spacious room, nice gym, very good value for money.
Pros:

The room was very spacious, and equipped with everything I needed.
Location is right on the metro station. Which was very convenient. The area itself isn’t very exiting but I had to work nearby so to me it was practical.
I love the complimentary cold and hot drinks table at the lobby. The gym was great and well equipped.

Cons:

The neighborhood isn’t the most interesting. But the hotel is well connected to city center and has enough places to eat around.

Sehr gute Lage, sauber und freundlich.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, um rasch in der City und bei der Messe zu sein. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück (8:00 Uhr) gab es keine Gläser mehr und zudem waren sämtliche Säfte bereits vergriffen, bzw. die Spender funktionierten nicht. Leider war das Personal wohl unterbesetzt, da lediglich eine Kraft alles alleine bewältigen musste.

Heizung kaputt bei -7Grad Außentemperatur, kein Service
Cons:

Leider war mein Aufenthalt vom 03.–04.02.2026 im DORMERO Hannover sehr enttäuschend. Beim Check-in musste ich über 30 Minuten warten, obwohl weitere Mitarbeitende sichtbar anwesend waren, jedoch nicht unterstützten. Das beworbene „Grab and Go“-Angebot war nicht nutzbar (keine Snacks, kaltes Teewasser, unaufgeräumter Bereich).

Das größte Problem war jedoch das Zimmer: Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, die Raumtemperatur lag dauerhaft bei 16 °C – bei Außentemperaturen von ca. –7 °C. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche war abends niemand erreichbar. Auch ein Bad war aufgrund von niedrigem Wasserdruck und defektem Verschluss nicht möglich. Ich habe die Nacht stark frierend verbracht.

Auf meine schriftliche Beschwerde im Anschluss wurde bislang nicht reagiert.

Ein solcher Zustand ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht akzeptabel.
