Cons:

The hotel charged the stay in advance to our company credit card and additionally charged our employee on-site upon arrival, claiming there was a system error. Fortunately, the employee had sufficient funds available to make the payment.

Despite multiple requests and emails explaining the situation and providing documents confirming the duplicated transaction amounting to approximately EUR 2,500, the hotel has not responded!!!

We have also not received an invoice issued to our company for the payment processed via Booking.com.

We formally request immediate contact regarding this matter.

Gutes zentrumnahes Hotel
Pros:

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis wenn man die Option nur schlafen gewählt hat. Apropo schlafen - das Bett war super bequem.
Die Lage war für uns super. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Pros:

Alles sehr unkompliziert.
Personal war sehr freundlich.
Praktische Ausstattung, schön, daß die Produkte der Minibar im Preis enthalten waren, auch sehr großzügige Check out Zeiten, gut gelegen.

Cons:

Der Preis des Frühstücks einfach zu teuer.
Die Beleuchtung im Bad zu dunkel zum Schminken, Dusche läuft ziemlich aus, da das Becken keinen richtigen Rand hat.
Bettdecke war fast etwas zu warm.

Localização e café da manhã.

Cons:

Como lá já estive anteriormente, o hotel parece estar no início de um processo de decadência. Staff na recepção nem sempre gentil.
