Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Schöne zentrale Lage! Unser bevorzugtes Hotel in dieser Gegend!

Frühstück sehr gut! Geräumige Zimmer!

Cons:

Parksituation in der Tiefgarage miserabel! An manchen Tagen geradezu überbelegt. Sehr eng. Mit SUV kaum zu nutzen!

Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
Pros:

Sehr gut ! Super Hotel. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sauna und Schwimmbad haben wir gern genutzt und das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielseitig.

Pros:

Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut mit aufmerksamer und freundlicher Bedienung. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral für die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Geschichte dieser Stadt in Bezug auf die Kaiserzeit und dessen Wohnsitz dort ist hoch interessant. Es spiegelt sich vieles im tollen großen Kurpark und der Schlossbegehung wider.

Cons:

Der Kellner am 20.2. beim Abendessen war sehr unfreundlich und hat sich eindeutig im Ton vergriffen- der Oberkellner hat glücklicherweise alles ausgebügelt!

Pros:

Das renovierte Bad ist insgesamt sehr gut, allerdings sind die Bodenplatten zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr kalt.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Minibar wird durch einen Kühlschrank in der Lobby ersetzt - sehr umständlich.
Insgesamt sind die Jahre am Hotel nicht spurlos vorbei gegangen.
Es wäre schön, wenn man die Tiefgarage an der Rezeption bezahlen könnte.

Ein gelungenes Geburtstags-Wochenende
Pros:

Wir sind an meinem Geburtstag dort angereist. Das Personal hat dies sofort bemerkt, mir persönlich gratuliert, mir ein Küchlein aufs Zimmer gebracht und am nächsten Morgen war ein Tisch für uns festlich vorbereitet. Vielen Dank dafür.
Für unseren Hund war auch alles liebevoll vorbereitet und sogar eine Tüte Hundeleckerlies gab es.
Die Lage war für uns optimal, direkt neben dem schönen Kurpark, der Fußgängerzone und nur 13 Gehminuten von der Taunus-Therme entfernt.

Zu dem wurde mein Wunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Balkon erfüllt.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
