Pros:

Clean, good size of rooms, well maintained hotel, I liked the room decor as it was calming and elegant.

Cons:

The mattresses were too hard, it was difficult to sleep. I could not tolerate them or sleep well. The pillows too soft and didn't support for a good sleep.

Pros:

Super nettes, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Super saubere Zimmer. Auch für Behinderte zweckmäßige Zimmer. Allerdings könnte die Badezimmertür für den Rollstuhl breiter sein. Die Bar ist auch sehr gut auch leckeres kleines Essen. Hat aber leider aus Personalmangel erst um 22:00 aufgemacht und nicht wie früher um 17:00.

Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Eine Dusche im Zimmer wäre für ältere Personen besser als eine Badewanne.
Schade war es, dass die Bar erst um 22 Uhr geöffnet war.

Pros:

Hotel świetnie położony. Pokoje sprzątane i czyste. Łóżka wygodne. Wspaniałe śniadania. Możliwość korzystania z basenu i sauny. Duży telewizor z dużą ilością kanałów tv. Polecam bardzo to miejsce!

No hot water available whole stay
Cons:

Whole stay there was no hot water, hotel staff advise issue was affecting all rooms and the issue was since 13th Aug and dependent on external company resolving issue. Resolution time not acceptable and the lady at check out was rude and advised not the hotels fault but very unsympathetic for the inconvenience for their guests
