What a fantastic city cologne is.
Pros:

The comunial space is large without feeling to large plus the piano lounge is excellent. And wheelcar access is great .

Cons:

Two of the elevateors where out of order.

An Kölns Heumarkt
Pros:

Die Lage am Heumarkt ist prima. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze bei einer Tagesgebühr von EUR 32. Die Zimmer waren groß und komfortable. Es gibt diverse Restaurants, Bistros, SIXT, Friseur etc.

Cons:

Ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Mobiliar entspricht noch dem Maritim-Standard von vor 20 Jahren. Viele Fenster gehen zum Innenhof des Hotels und können nicht geöffnet werden. Die Klimaanlage lief Anfang April noch nicht, somit war Frischluft und etwas Kühle im Zimmer unmöglich. Im Wesentlichen gibt es drei Aufzüge für das Hotel mit sieben Etagen. Zeitweise waren zwei außer Betrieb. Somit mussten wir z.T. 15 Minuten warten, um mit Hund hoch oder runter zu kommen.

De locatie is top.

Cons:

Dit liftsysteem is echt vreselijk. We stonden soms met 8 mensen in de kleine lift die eerst nog 3 verdiepingen naar boven ging waar ook weer mensen in wilden stappen. Tip: als je eenmaal weet waar de trap is (helaas wel vanaf de eerste verdieping pas) neem die! Wat ook vervelend was, was dat de schoonmaak heel vroeg al in onze kamer stond, terwijl we nog sliepen, terwijl we maar 1 nacht bleven.

Mooi aangenaam rustgevend verblijf voor ons
Pros:

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met zeer vriendelijk personeel
Het hotel lag voor ons zeer centraal om de stad te bezoeken, met gemakkelijke ingang en uitgang
Onze receptioniste was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, we kregen een zeer mooie kamer met uitzicht op de rijn, bedankt hiervoor
Aangenaam zwembad en wellnes mogelijkheid

Cons:

Soms was het wachten op de lift, maar door omstandigheden was er 1tje defect van de 3.
Maar er was ook een mogelijkheid om via de trap op ons verdiep te komen, wat zeer praktisch was

séjour très agréable et hôtel idéalement situé.
Pros:

Confort et qualité chambre, litterie, personnel disponible et aimable, buffet petit-déjeuner varié et copieux, emplacement très bon (centre, proche gare, proche Kölnmesse), taxis dispos devant l'hôtel...

Cons:

rien de particulier, si, peut-être, la lenteur des 2 ascenseurs dispos, il y avait la queue le matin et le soir.

alles war aus unserer Sicht gut, nur die Fahrstühle haben generft, da es für die Zahl der Gäste zu wenig Fahrstühle gibt. Auch
die Steuerung ist nicht ideal.

Amazing hotel for the price.
Pros:

The rooms were nice, clean, and when we wanted to open the doors between some of the rooms they let us. Staff was really friendly, helpful and talkative.

Cons:

Fire alarm going off at 10 in the morning and not knowing what happened. We had issues with the reservation being for 13 people apparently even though I booked for 15 but this was easily resolved
