Alles bestens. Sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl am Empfang, im Restaurant, an der Bar oder Zimmerservice. Tolle Atmosphäre, Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben. Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist perfekt für Unternehmungen zu Fuß. Gerne kommen wir wieder .

Great location. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room are very good

The location is fabulous. Right in the middle of cologne amidst the restaurants and beer houses.
The steam room and sauna are great and the massages were brilliant

Cons:

The daily cleaning service was variable. On some days the room was well made up and restocked with coffee and towels, but on other days it wasn't.

Non c’era un canale italiano in tv, mancava solo quello, ho chiesto alla reception e con sufficienza senza guardarmi in faccia mi ha detto di guardare sul cellulare. Mancavano in bagno tutto quello che dovrebbe avere un 4 stelle, dalla cuffietta doccia ai cotton fioc ecc. la piscina non era disponibile..senza avvisare prima della prenotazione. Ho acquistato una stanza con vista e me ne hanno assegnato una senza vista, poi lamentandomi è stata cambiata.
