Ein perfekter Start für unsere Flusskreuzfahrt auf dem Rhein
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral an Rheinpromenade und Heumarkt.
Die Pianobar ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Das gesamte Hotel ist ein Erlebnis.

Cons:

Zum Frühstücksbuffet war es zeitweise sehr voll und das Personal hatte keine Chance, das Buffet zeitnah aufzufüllen.

Pros:

Es war einfach phantastisch. Es stimmte einfach alles. Morgens in den Pool gehen zu können habe ich sehr genossen.

Pros:

Het personeel en de locatie waren top! Ik had aangegeven dat ik graag 2 bedden zou willen indien mogelijk en dat heb ik ook gehad, super fijn.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was een tegenvaller. Wij kwamen elke dag rond 9 uur (ontbijt is tot half 11) en dan was er al vrij weinig keuze (veel al op). Ook waren de salades en sauzen uitgedroogd. Soms ook het beleg al.
De matrassen zijn vrij hard (voor mij was dat op zich prima) maar het was wel een pluspunt geweest als de 2 kussens per bed verschillende soorten kussens waren geweest.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, das Frühstück war wirklich abwechslungsreich und vielseitig.

Cons:

Von drei Fahrstühlen waren zwei außer Betrieb und der dritte machte teilweise merkwürdige Geräusche (wie andere Gäste (?) bemerkten war dies wohl schon wochenlang so).
