Великолепно
Pros:

Персонал приветливый и достаточно профессиональный. Нам приготовили два двухместных номера по соседству. Номера очень приятные, просторные, чистые. Было ощущение, будто ремонт в них освежили только недавно. И все, включая отделку комнат, сделано с такой любовью и вниманием к деталям. Постель удобная, постельные принадлежности и полотенца белоснежные. Сантехника в прекрасном состоянии. Я получил удовольствие от пребывания здесь.

Cons:

Мы не стали завтракать в отеле. А в остальном даже придраться к чему-то было трудно. Спасибо менеджерам отеля и персоналу.

Very solid all rounder choice
Pros:

Somewhat close to the main HBF station (15-20 min walk) staff were lovely and it was a super easy check in process.

Cons:

I personally would've preferred something a little more central, it feels ever so slightly on the outskirts (which I did notice when I booked it) but that's at no fault of the hotel. Everything was quite literally perfect

Cons:

As a 4-5 star hotel , with 250 euro per night the experience in the hotel is bad and disappointing except its location
- the hotel furniture and cleanless is less than expected for such rated hotel e.g a electrical plug near the bed is not there , smell in the floor and room is not goid
- the hotel has 3 elevators , only one of them was working during most of the time of my stay , especially it was a fair time and peak occupancy wait too much time until u get to your time
- less staff that serve the customers and not so heplful , no conceirge staff , u need to wait too much time until u get served

Cons:

We booked a Queen Room. The bathroom has a small step between the bedroom and the bathroom, which I found quite dangerous. I was not expecting a step there, almost fell because of it, and actually hit my ankle. In my opinion, this is an unnecessary safety hazard in a hotel room.

Access to the shower is also quite complicated. The bathroom has a bathtub that takes up a large part of the space, and you need to close the bathroom door in order to get into the shower properly, almost having to jump over the side of the bathtub. This could be particularly difficult for older guests.

The room and facilities also clearly show their age. The TV is positioned in the corner rather than directly opposite the bed, and there is no bedside table on one side of the bed, which is inconvenient.

We chose not to have the room cleaned during our stay and received a small snack bag in return. To be honest, I found this a rather poor exchange and the compensation felt almost insignificant.

Finally, for such a large hotel, the gym is surprisingly small and limited.

They exceed my expectation. Kids friendly and my children enjoyed themselves

Cons:

- easy access to public transport. BUS and tram station just opposite the Hotel. Just 3 to 5 minutes to Cologne main station with Bus
-The buffet breakfast.
-Hygiene

Pros:

Un albergo davvero grandissimo e di grande effetto, con ambienti ampi e una struttura che colpisce fin dal primo ingresso. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la zona benessere: la piscina è molto piacevole e le saune, soprattutto quella finlandese, sono state un vero momento di relax. Nel complesso la struttura offre molti servizi e ha sicuramente un grande potenziale.

Cons:

Purtroppo ci sono stati alcuni aspetti decisamente negativi. Gli ascensori erano molto lenti e spesso fuori servizio, tanto che diverse volte siamo stati costretti a utilizzare le scale.
Anche il Wi-Fi, sebbene fosse fortunatamente gratuito – cosa che non è sempre scontata negli hotel – era estremamente lento e si disconnetteva molto frequentemente, rendendo a volte difficile anche il normale utilizzo di Internet.

Ritengo che episodi di questo tipo, non dovrebbero assolutamente verificarsi in una struttura alberghiera di questo livello.

Pour un court séjour, bien, revoir la dimension des lits

Très bon emplacement, hôtel bien équipé, parking pratique et raisonnable.
Très bon petit déjeuner (choix, diversités, qualité)

Cons:

La moquette au sol dans la chambre et lit hyper petit 140x160 pour deux personnes d'une 50 aines d'année, le lit est étroit.
