sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal und super Lage für Gruppenaktivitäten.
Pros:

Ausflug mit Kegelclub - Lage zur Altstadt war dafür ideal. Das Frühstück ist Qualitativ gut und es konnte auch ein kleiner Frühschoppen gemacht werden.

The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, and I really liked the overall style of the hotel

Cons:

I wasn’t very happy with the swimming pool, as it was quite small and there were no adults-only swimming times. There were lots of children in the pool, and it was quite noisy with all the shouting. Having an adults-only time slot would have made the experience much more enjoyable

Pour un super séjour à Cologne.
Pros:

Cet hôtel confortable, proche du centre ,avec un design original est recommandé pour un séjour agréable à Cologne. On s'y sent bien grâce aussi au personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont bien agencées .

Mooi, echt genieten
Pros:

De kamer was groot, mooi. De douche voortreffelijk. Het eten, veel keuze maar ze konden het niet bijgevuld krijgen. Maar was ook heel veel volk. De mensen deden hun best. Het was heel fijn en wij gaan zeker terug

L'emplacement était top, l'hôtel très beau, petit déjeuner très varié et très bon

Dommage que personne ne parle un peu français mais ça va on s'est débrouiller quand même 😉

We enjoyed the property very much except the bad experience at the rooftop dinner

Location , cleaness, atmosphere, breakfast

Cons:

Dinnner at the Rooftop restaurant was great except unfortunately we see many mouse running around the restaurant dining table which was threatened us being eating there. We informed the staff at the restaurant and showed them these mouse moving around in the guest seating place including our table. Disgusting
