Ich hatte einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

ein reichliches Frühstück, das Zimmer s war gemütlich, die Lager super mit Blick auf den Rhein.

Cons:

im Spa Bereich, vor dem Pool war nur 1 Dusche, Im Zimmer war die KLeenex und das WC Papier chlorgebleicht.
Über mehr Nachhaltigkeit hätte ich mich gefreut.

Gut geführtes Hotel in bester Lage, schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und guter Klimaanlage, schöner Blick auf den Rhein, große Auswahl beim Frühstück, aber z.T. mit leichten Einschränkungen bei der Qualität, freundliches Personal, kulante Regelung für das Parken in der Tiefgarage

Qualität des Frühstücks trotz des hohen Preises nicht in allen Punkten befriedigend (z.B. Brot- und Backwaren)

Was mich einfach stört ist bei Ankunft niemand an der Tür (mann ist mit dem Auto vorgefahren) und niemand da wegen dem Gepäck mann muss alles selber rein und auch zu den Zimmern schleppem so etwas denke ich braucht niemand und dann ach noch 30 Kg Koffer na danke.Da gebe ich dem Portier wenn dann einer da ist lieber Trinkgeld.Und dann noch 60 Euro Parkgebühr naja ob das so sein muss finde ich nicht so toll.

Het dagelijkse onderhoud.

Cons:

De kamer,van mijn zoon en schoondochter werd op een dag vergeten om te poetsen en propere handdoeken te geven. Wat vervelend !

It is amazing place to stay but few small things need to be taken care

Location of the hotel is super fantastic accessible through Ferry, Tram and Bus. Breakfast was also good with limited option for vegetarians.

Cons:

Room cleaning was delayed bit and while cleaning, staff was never keeping/ replacing coffee and tea kit everyday in the room. Water is chargeable.

Heerlijk weekend in Königswinter gehad!
Pros:

Prachtige locatie, wij hadden uitzicht op de Rijn. Heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel! Het was erg warm toen wij er waren (34 graden). De airco kon de kamer niet koud houden maar wel aangenaam!
