Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen. Nah am Bahnhof und auch das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar
Pros:

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Lage war zentral und alles war gut erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war fantastisch.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, wir hatten gefühlte 30 Grad im Zimmer und mussten bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Leider war es bis ca. 3 Uhr morgens extrem laut, so bekamen wir praktisch keinen Schlaf.
Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer spritzte in alle Richtungen

Good Value for Money! Great for a short stay in town!
Pros:

Very nice location literally a minute walk away from the central train station. Hotel facilities is also upto the mark and comfortable for the price. Good value for money!

Godt centralt hotel med fremragende morgenmad. Gammeldags men rent og pænt og med pool osv.

Fremragende morgenmad, det bedste jeg nogensinde har prøvet

Cons:

Ventilationssystemet på værelset kunne ikke holde temperaturen nede - det var meget varmt

L'hôtel PARFAIT existe ! Ne le manquez pas !!!
Pros:

C'est incroyable et c'est la première fois que cela m'arrive alors que je voyage depuis de nombreuses années : tout était parfait et aucun reproche ne peut s'appliquer à cet hôtel !
Super petit déjeuner très varié avec pleins de fromages, de charcuterie, de viennoiseries, du saumon et du crémant. La salle du petit déjeuner est magnifique avec ces énormes lustres et tous ces mirroirs.
La chambre était très vaste avec beaucoup de rangements, une très belle salle de bains, un lit très confortable, une grande télé. Rien ne manquait comme des accroches dans la salle de bains, du papier toiletttes en réserve. Le savon et les gel douche était bien approvisionnés. Le bar de l'hôtel est très sympa et le personnel aux petits soins.
L'hôtel est à trois minutes de la gare.

Nice hotel in a great location but need some improvements
Pros:

-1920s decor was impressive in the main hall, breakfast area and hotel bar
- spa area was nice and clean with fantastic views over the city
- breakfast was very good with a big selection of choices including continental, regional (eg white sausages) and international cuisine (eg English breakfast)
-room was clean and as shown in the pics

Cons:

-While this is a nice hotel, I had to rate it down as the air conditioning system has completely broken down across the hotel.

As there was a heatwave in Munich during our stay, the room were extremely hot and sticky which made it difficult to sleep during the night.

The staff didn’t tell us (and others) anything about it. When we reported it, they were unprepared with no fans available but promising us to get us one later in the evening as people check out during the day.
Sadly no fan arrived, and asking the staff again for it, they told us, they have a long waiting list. Overall staff appeared not apologetic or particularly sorry about the situation referring to the hot weather as an issue.

In addition, housekeeping forgot to clean our rooms - staff appeared more apologetic here and got us breakfast for free.
