Pros:

Locatie dicht bij het centrum, in een wat mindere wijk. Het ontbijt is heerlijk met voldoende keus. Kamers zijn ruim , netjes en hebben goede bedden.

Cons:

Parkeergarage bij het hotel is niet van het hotel. We moesten in een openbare garage parkeren. Dit viel niet mee ivm de drukte. Airco werkt niet goed, erg warm op de kamer.

Für diesen Preis des Zimmers war der Aufenthalt im Maritim Hotel enttäuschend.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Wir haben ein Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht mit Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer war im 6.Stock also Dachgeschoß mit Dachschrägen. Die Klimaanlage war ohne Funktion bzw. abgestellt. Es waren Außentemperaturen von 32 Grad und im Zimmer ebenfalls 32 Grad. Bei geöffnetem Fenster war an Schlaf nicht zu denken da das Zimmer zur Straßenseite lag und es zu laut war. Die Rezeption wusste über die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage bescheid und man bot uns lediglich an einen Ventilator ins Zimmer zu stellen. Der Frühstückssaal lag im Untergeschoß ohne Fenster und nicht Klimatisiert. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne ohne Duschwandabtrennung.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, posizione ottima.
Pros:

Molto comoda la posizione a due passi dalla stazione centrale e 10-15 minuti dal centro. Fermata della metro a pochi metri dall’hotel. Camera ampia dotata di tutti i comfort e ben insonorizzata. Bagno moderno e spazioso. Colazione molto variegata e per tutti i gusti.

Cons:

La zona, essendo vicino alla stazione, non è il massimo, soprattutto di sera. La colazione, per la parte dolce, potrebbe essere migliorata con dolci locali e torte fatte in casa. Prezzi altissimi delle bibite alla macchinetta, una bottiglietta d’acqua in caso di emergenza costa ben 4.50€.

Für 2 Nächte war es ok, aber der Lärm in der Nacht hat uns gestört.

Der Straßenlärm während der Nacht war entsetzlich
Die Armatur am Waschbecken war nicht in Ordnung, die Zimmerfrau hatte es merken müssen.
