La calefacción de la habitación que me tocó no servía mucho, la ducha a la hora de cambiar la temperatura ya sea para frío no servía el sensor e igualmente salía agua caliente y a veces muy caliente

We will be back as soon as possible.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The location is excellent for those who like to be at a walking distance from the city center, railway station, basic bus stops, post office... The staff was helpful and very kind, the room clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to try the spa and the swimming pool but I suppose that they are as great as other things in the hotel. Breakfast is more than very good with great variety of foods. We also spent some time in the piano bar and in a dinner restaurant where we enjoyed as much as in other things.

Cons:

The hotel is located perfectly to be close to important sites but the neighbourhood is quite crowded/busy as the railway station is very close. We did not mind as it was not noisy and we did not have any problems. But it simply does not look very nice.

Mit einigen Abstrichen zu empfehlen...
Pros:

Der nette Empfang im Hinterhof-Hotel früh morgens hat mir gefallen, wenngleich der junge Kollege unsere Buchung erst nicht fand. Der ältere Kollege konnte es charmant und erfahren wieder gut machen. Das wir das Gepäck Zwischenlagern konnten war toll. Aber das inzwischen so hohe Gebühren entfallen, wenn der Gast früher ins Zimmer möchte sind mir neu. Wir haben den früheren Check-Inn ab 12 Uhr gewählt. Mussten sofort die zusätzliche Gebühr bezahlen. Die moderne Duschkabine im Zimmer hat mir gefallen und der grosse Fernseher. Das Bett war weich, aber von der Breite her wirkte es für 2 Personen schmaler als normal. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof, zum Busbahnhof/Tramstationen ist vorteilhaft. Auch das Restaurant "Münchener Stuben" in der Nähe des Hotels sind sehr zu empfehlen. Aber wegen einem Gratis-Pool-Angebot würde ich dieses Hotel nicht bevorzugen oder anderen Hotels ohne Pool vorziehen. Dort sind viele Hotels Central am Start. Auch alle gut gelegen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr eng. Wenig Platz, wenn 2 Personen aneinander vorbei wollen. Der Pool ist winzig. Nur 8 Liegeplätze die dauerbelegt waren. Sind 8 Personen gleichzeitig im Pool, darunter Kinder, ist er meines Erachtens voll und es wird stressig. Der Pool war extrem kalt eingestellt. Ich habe im Wasser gefroren. Andere Gäste sind extrem langsam rein und fanden es auch zu kalt. Wegen Überfüllung und der Kälte haben wir den Gratis-Pool nicht wie geplant nutzen können. Es wirkte auch kalt und steril insgesamt. Die Aussicht - auf beiden Seiten auf hässliche Baukräne machte es nicht besser. Dann doch besser nette Folien auf die Scheiben kleben.
Wir wurden im 4ten Stock durch "lautes Gebrüll"/Sprache der Putzfrauen vor 7.50 Uhr geweckt und wollten bis 9.00 Uhr ausschlafen. Keine Chance! Ich habe extra nachgeschaut. Es waren Putzfrauen, die extrem laut über den Flur riefen und ihre Serviceräume an unserem Zimmer benachbart hatten. Nach 30 Minuten hörte das Gebrüll nicht auf, auch nicht als wir versuchten es mit dem Frühfernsehprogramm zu übertönen. Die Putzfrauen waren lauter.
Als wir in der kleinen Sofasitzecke Eingangsbereich auf die Check-Inn-Zeit warteten empfand ich es ungemütlich, ehrlich gesagt, für das Hotel wenig einladend. Zudem nahmen auch noch Handwerker dort Platz. Zu wenig Plätze für alle Wartenden. (7 Plätze) Zudem sehr merkwürdig, die Personalbegleitung am Empfang führte uns zu den dauerhaft abgeschlossenen Toiletten im Untergeschoss des Hotels. Zu Hoch-zeiten würde das Personal am Empfang dann fehlen, wenn sie jedem Gast die Toiletten persönlich aufschließen müssen. Der Weg dorthin dauerte auch etwas durch die vielen Stufen hinab.
Die Preise fürs Essen fand ich zu teuer, so dass wir nur eine Übernachtung gebucht hatten.
Ich hatte es fast vergessen...der Wasserdruck im Zimmer war zu niedrig. Die Wassertemperatur schwankte extrem, auch moderne Thermostate mit Auswahl der Gradzahl. Es half nichts...
