Die Zimmer und der Pool brauchen dringend ein finnisch
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön aber im Zimmer hatte es einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck hinterlassen , Lack von Stuhl war abgeblättert und im Bad war es leider an der Badewanne und den Fugen verschmutzt und Ekelig. Der Pool Bereich war teils sogar in den Ecken verschimmelt. Und nicht sauber.
Die Empfangshalle war aber toll und das Personal sehr Freundlich. das Frühstück war toll.

Cons:

Zimmer für jemanden mitSchwerbehinderten mit Badewanne und die war von den Fugen her auch noch sehr unsauber und Ekelig.
Schwimmbad sehr Unsauber Fugen verschimmelt

Top hotel voor een stedentrip
Pros:

Fijne ligging, zwembad zat erbij. Op loopafstand van een supermarkt en restaurants

Het zwembad was eigenlijk iets te klein voor het aantal gasten.

Pros:

Wunderbar klimatisiertes Hotel mit einem schönen Zimmer und sehr bequemen Bett. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück ist absolut toll. Es gibt alles, was das Herz begehrt.

Cons:

Schade, dass man neuerdings in der normalen Zimmerkategorie Bademantel und -schlappen mieten muss. Für den räumlich extrem begrenzten Poolbereich lohnt sich das unserer Meinung nach nicht.

Overall, the hotel has some good points, but there are several areas that could be improved. The staff were very friend
Pros:

The staff were friendly and there for you all the time .The location , and the size of the room , it has all the basic things, but no water boiler only they had the Nespresso machine with 4 capsules that were not replaced when they finish
No tea
No milk
The breakfast was good with all basic types

There is car parking, but it is paid

Cons:

You have to ask for everything in the room your self, it’s not provided from the beginning ( soap,tissue, cotton….
They give you water only at check in once
I also did not like the housekeeping, they only removed the carnage and kept everything as it is

We went when the weather was hot, but the condition not cooling the room

Moyennement satisfaite. Je n'y retournerai pas.
Pros:

Personnel d'accueil agréable. Effort de langue en français.
Buffet petit déjeuner excellent et complet.

Cons:

L'eau de la piscine très froide. Les boutons pour activer les jets dans l'eau ne fonctionnaient pas. Non respect des règlements dans le sauna en termes de nudité. Pas suffisamment de transat pour poser les affaires le temps de la baignade. Dans la chambre, mini bar vide, salle de bain pas très propre et moquette sale. Aucun peignoir pour transiter jusqu'à la piscine.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen, was insbesondere dem tollen Hotel – Team zu verdanken ist - an dieser Stelle nochma

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Teams, Qualität und Vielfalt des Frühstücks und die zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Die spürbar schwache Technik (in unserem Superior-Zimmer war die Lüftung im Bad von Anfang an defekt, roch muffig, die Klimaanlage war schwach, obwohl wir nicht in der heißesten Sommerzeit dort waren, die Dusch – Armaturen waren teilweise ohne Funktion, die Stärke des (sehr schwachen) Wasserstrahls ließ sich nicht regeln, die Drehtür im Eingangsbereich des Hotels lief bei Betreten nur kurz an und musste dann von Hand weitergeschoben werden) und ein IT Fehler (obwohl wir das Frühstück für drei Übernachtungen im Voraus bezahlt hatten wurden wir an jedem Morgen darauf hingewiesen, dass wir das Frühstück noch bezahlen müssen; offensichtlich ein Fehler in der Computerliste). Das Hotelteam hat jedes Mal ganz toll reagiert, war sehr hilfsbereit, hat sofort einen Techniker geschickt (der aus technischen Gründen die Lüftung in Bad leider nicht reparieren konnte) und hat uns auch sofort und ohne Diskussion ein anderes Zimmer angeboten.
