Es hat alles gestimmt, so dass man gern wieder kommt.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und hatte eine Badewanne. Die Frühstück hatte eine riesige Auswahl, so dass man sich fast nicht entscheiden konnte. Es war alles frisch und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Obwohl das Zimmer gut gereinigt war beim Bezug, war das Duschgel komplett leer und auch die Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht, offensichtlich waren die Batterien leer.

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für Kurzbesuch mit Schönheitsfehlern
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Liederhalle und einigen Restaurants. Gute Betten, leckeres Frühstück mit viel Auswahl.

Cons:

Keine Steckdose am Bett! Ich bin nachts auf ein Atemgerät angewiesen, deshalb musste ich leider auf das Nachttischlicht verzichten. No Go !
Im Pool war keine Entspannung möglich,weil unbeaufsichtigte (!) Kinder ihn völlig für sich beanspruchten. Sauna, die man als Ausgleich hätte benutzen können, war leider außer Betrieb. Sprudeldüsen funktionierten ebenfalls nicht. Und warum bekommt man die Wasserflaschen beim einchecken, wenn man sowieso die Hände voll hat. Man könnte sie, wie überall, einfach ins Zimmer stellen.

Sauna hat nicht funktioniert. An der Rezeption hat es keinen gekümmert. Das Personal war überwiegend arrogant und lustlos.

Die Lage war optimal, das Frühstück fantastisch.
Sehr großzügige Nutzung der TG.
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Wenn der Kosmetikspiegel beleuchtet wäre, dann wäre das noch ein Top obendrauf.
