Für eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal. Liederhalle und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt in der Nähe.
Zum Frühstück gab es alles was das Herz begehrt. (Frühstücks Büfett)
Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben. Matratzen waren sehr bequem.

Pros:

Big hotel with excellent breakfast.
Easy and nice way to walk for the center of Stuttgart

Cons:

Got a room for 3 person( 2 adults +1 Child) but booked 4 persons.
After a sort waiting time we got our room. The start was not great but they helped relay fast and good.

Der Lack ist ab, das Personal aber sehr gut und der Aufenthalt dennoch gut :-)
Pros:

Lage ist gut zur Stadt, sehr gutes Personal und Frühstück, großes Parkhaus

Cons:

Alles ist irgendwie verschlissen, die Möbel sind angeschlagen, alles ist in die Jahre gekommen, die großen Zeiten waren einmal, eigentlich wie ein altes Grand Hotel aus einer besseren Zeit

We booked a “Classic Suite” at this hotel expecting a high standard but were shocked to find an old, dusty, and cold room with two single beds instead of a double bed, and no extra bed provided for our child. Both my child and I have dust allergies and got sick from the dust and poor ventilation in the room. Despite multiple attempts to raise these issues by email and in person, the hotel completely ignored us and offered no help.

On top of this, we were unfairly charged €22 for parking despite the poor service and being unable to cancel the booking. This ruined our Easter holiday and caused unnecessary health problems. The hotel’s service and response were unacceptable. I urge Booking.com to review their partnership with this property and ensure better treatment of customers in the future.

Das Hotel liegt zentral im Stuttgarter Westen. Es bietet einen guten Komfort. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu meckern. Preis-Leistung ist gut, Frühstück sensationell, Zimmer und Bett sehr gut. Nachteil: Wir waren in einem Hotelflügel untergebracht mit langen Wegen bis zur Rezeption bzw. zum Frühstücksraum.
