Die Lage des Hotels hat uns gut gefallen. Wir konnten die Stadt fußläufig erkunden. Die Hotelmitarbeitenden waren freundlich. Das Frühstück hatte für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. In der 3.Etage sollte in der gebuchten Kategorie ein Balkon vorhanden sein und ein Ausblick auf den Main oder die Weinberge möglich sein. Wir hatten weder Balkon noch Ausblick. Die Nachfrage an der Rezeption konnte leider nicht beantwortet werden. Zu den Zimmerausstattungen waren keine Kenntnisse vorhanden. Auch die Sauberkeit war nicht zufriedenstellend. Insbesondere im Bad wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt. Vor dem Fahrstuhl in der 3. Etage lag die ganze Woche der gleiche Schmutz.

Sehr gutes Hotel mitten in der Stadt
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit Wasserkocher, großes Bad, Regendusche, sehr großes Frühstücksbüffet, genügend Lademöglichkeiten für Elektroautos, viele Restaurants und Mainufer in der Nähe

Cons:

Der Pool war sehr kalt und da es ein sehr großes Hotel ist, ist der Kontakt zum Personal immer sehr unpersönlich.

Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen!
Pros:

Frühstück ausreichend.Super Lage.....chices Einzelzimmer mit toller Aussicht
Gastronomie fußläufig zu erreichen.
Schiffahrt in der Nähe.Wandern auch von dort aus.

Cons:

Leider in Hauptzeiten zu teuer.
Frühstück könnte frischer und ohne Plastik sein.
Es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Wanderschuhe zu reinigen.
