Will not recommend nor return until Maritime Hotel sorts out their payment system

Sort your payment system! Messed up our morning whilst travelling to Wurzburg, trying to get funds to you because you had only taken funds for one room. Real mess. We were extremely unhappy with being threatened with cancellation and you not able to take funds over the phone. A system you created not us. Will not recommend nor stay there again ourselves as a result. Total pain. Pity, as staff were courteous on arrival.

Pros:

Der online Check in erspart viel Zeit vor Ort. Die Lage in Stadtnähe ist wunderbar und der Blick auf das Wasser super. Alles war sauber, das Personal zuvorkommend und die Zimmer schön groß! Die Getränke an der Bar und die verfügbaren Kleinigkeiten waren lecker.

Cons:

Das einzige problematische war ein Windgeräusch/Lüfter im Zimmer, der ununterbrochen auch in der Nacht da war und auch relativ laut war.

Spiegeleier waren sehr gut kamen gerade frisch aus der Küche

Das Frühstück war der Hammer, super gut.

Cons:

Unsere Heizung war kaputt (im Februar) mit kleinen Kindern, hatten nur einen kleinen Heizkörper den man in die Steckdose stecken kann. Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen und vieles defekt.

Quarto grande e café da manhã excelente

O Booking nos deu o golpe de cobrar e reservar para um casal e duas crianças e para o Hotel enviar apenas um casal . Tivemos de pagar a diferença. Não foi só nesse hotel que o Booking deu esse golpe

Cons:

Im ersten Zimmer hat es stark nach Abwasser gerochen.
Das zweite Zimmer war in Ordung. Aber der Geruch war auch im Restaurant vorhanden.
