SO YOU CHARGE ALMOST $300 FOR ONE NIGHT NO FREE BREAKFAST NO FANS THE AC IS OUTDATED NO ROBES NO SLIPPERS NOTHING AND YOU GUYS ARE LOCATED NEXT TO A DRUG HOUSE STAFF WAS OK NO ONE CHECKED ON US NOTHING OVER PRICED MOTEL 6 HAS BETTER AMMENITIES

Short and sweet
Pros:

I liked the 7th floor pantry that was a nice perk. And the food at the restaurant was amazing

Cons:

I wish they served coffee at the bar. Everything was great just wish they had an on-site coffee bar

This facility worked out extremely well for our purposes!
Pros:

My organization had a convention here, and the facilities, I felt, were ideally suited to our purposes, and I was really impressed with that!! Our guest room was nice. Overall, I really liked this place, and I would recommend it!! Oh, and that gym was so nice!!

Don't think I would recommend
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

1. Staff - rather unfriendly, slow at the front desk, under staffed?
2. Asked for an extension for medical reasons, they said can't extend at all. Had.to vacate premises at 11am. Rather early to begin with?
3. Requested towels for room as we ran out in day 2. Never received any towels.

Generally very good; parking process and lack of shuttle continue to be problematic.
Pros:

Great restaurant and excellent proximity to airport. Reasonable parking.

Cons:

Should have a shuttle. Signing up for parking through third party is cumbersome
