Clean hotel with very friendly staff. Nice warm pool. Restaurant on site.
A short but uphill distance from the tourist area of Old Town.

Tout était plus que formidable
- accès depuis/vers la gare (± 10$ en taxi)
- lobby rénové
- plusieurs restaurants reconnus Bib gourmand Michelin aux alentours
- chambre vieillissante
- cour intérieure -> faux, ça donne dans un atrium fermé avec visibilité directe du couloir des chambres de l'étage et du restaurant du RDC : impossible d'aérer la chambre et/ou de laisser les rideaux ouverts
- beaucoup de personnes sdf et de personnes droguées aux alentours direct de l'hôtel, on ne se sent pas forcément en pleine sécurité (aucun souci dans l'hôtel par contre)
- salle de sport et piscine (non utilisées mais accessibles et opérationnelles)

The staff on the reception desk were helpful and friendly.
There was no tea in the room. We were told this was the chosen policy of the hotel. This does not go down well with British visitors. There was a limited selection of places to eat out of the hotel in this area of Quebec.
Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly. It was close to bus lines.

Great location. The staff were fantastic, especially Michel and everyone in the breakfast restaurant. The breakfasts were first-class.
Had to ask to have the room cleaned after three days. Once I did, it was done very well. If you have a problem, ask at the front desk.

The staff is incredibly helpful. Our room was very large. As well as our bathroom. We had breakfast and it was lovely. We enjoyed the service of being able to check our luggage early and leave it late so that we could see the city before check-in and check. We walked to many places in the city and felt safe.
We did have an issue that our room smelled like the previous dog. Because I’ve had to travel with pets before I understand the need. The staff brought an ozone machine to run in our room for several hours, and that helped the matter to my satisfaction
