La chambre sentait l’humidité et il faisait très chaud
Chambres bien rénovées.
J'aurais préféré du plancher dans la chambre, le tapis sentait un peu les petits pieds. Le préposé au comptoir n'a pas réussi à répondre à ma seule question concernant le stationnement dans les rues. Bon à savoir, à Québec, il faut utiliser l'application Copilote+ afin de payer le stationnement! Il n'en avait aucune idée.

Clean, comfortable and large room.
Location is not close to old city, shopping centre or restaurants. You can walk but it takes around 20 to 30 min based on your speed.

It was clean and good location
I don’t when they say they have parking as part of the hotel, but when you arrived they charge you extra and it is in a different building
Downhill from the old part of town, very near to walk, with many public transport options. Spacious and clean room. Helpful staff.
Bed was absolutely huge, location was great and parking was very streamlined and easy to get to.
The shower drain was a bit blocked so it took a bit of time for the water to go down, but I left a note so it should be fixed now

Design error in bathroom door makes for a complicated and risky situation if one person opens the shower door while another one is out using the bathroom sink.
