Petit déjeuner trop chère pour se que c’était et parking beaucoup trop chère vue le prix déjà chère de la chambre ma piscine est très bof les photos de l’établissement et de la nourriture est plus belle en ligne

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et la chaleur de leur accueil. La propreté générale de l'établissement. Le confort des lits et l'accessibilité et la rapidité à des effets supplémentaires (draps et serviettes). Il a été particulièrement apprécié de notre part, d'avoir accès à notre chambre un peu plus tôt que prévu. La chambre était confortable et un point bonus pour la possibilité d'ouvrir une fenêtre! Ce n'est généralement pas le cas dans la majorité des hôtels, mais c'est une option qui nous plaît particulièrement.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol était notre questionnement par rapport à la propreté de l'eau. Après le passage de plusieurs familles, l'eau semblait moins claire.

Never returning!
Cons:

There were no shampoo conditioner or body wash in our room the bottles were empty…
The dressers and shelves were full of dust, had no extra pillows for the kids on the pull out couch!
The window was so dirty we couldnt see outside our window.
We froze all night 14 degrees in our room all night, we absolutely froze! Then we got woken up at 6:30 in the morning by a boom truck delivering jiprock in the room above us the floor was stone cold, we should of never been placed in this room if they knew renovations were happening in that corner of the hotel. we went down to the office and they said to go to the restaurant the breakfast would be on the hotel and we wouldnt have to pay, ended up having to pay! The restaurant staff was very mean and rude towards our questions, our waitor even used vulgar language towards us.
Very not pleased at all with our stay. Weve never experienced something like this! Ruined our trip honestly.

Bonne balance qualité et prix
Pros:

L'espace de la chambre, j'étais avec ma femme et mes trois enfants puis je me suis sentie vraiment confortable.

Cons:

J'avais demandé un lit bébé pour mon fils de 1 an puis je suis arrivé dans ma chambre et la lit bébé n'était pas là. Nous nous sommes arrangés avec les lits et le sofa-lit dans la chambre vu qu'on serait juste pour une nuit

Le stationnement vraiment difficile. Et payer pour ça, était vraiment ordinaire. Et l'emplacement de l'hôtel un peu difficile d'accès.
