Not sure if I want stay another time.
Pros:

would be fantastic if parking would be available and bookable in advance especially for Late arrival.

Cons:

No one was answering the phone. I tried it 5 times.

Die zentrale Lage in der City

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super toll, jedoch bei voller Belegung des Hotels, kommt es zu Stoßzeiten schon zur Überfüllung des Speisebereichs mit langen Wartezeiten

Toll, beim nächsten Mal wieder dieses Hotel.
Pros:

Besonders gut war das Frühstücksbüffet. Es gibt Nichts zu beanstanden, da alles vorhanden war. Außergewöhnlich war der geräucherte Lachs der jeden Morgen am Büffet auslag. Vielleicht hätte man das Brot vorschneiden können oder eine besseres Brotmesser vorlegen können. Toll war der weit ausgedehnte Frühstückssaal und die Aufteilung der vorgelegten Speisen. Keine Enge zum Nebenmann beim aussuchen der Speisen. Die Damen der Frühstücksmannschaft waren freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Kein Grund für irgendwelche Klagen.

Das Hotel ist trotzdem empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind geräumig.Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Seifenspender in der Dusche war leer und im Bad roch es abends nach faulen Eiern.

Hotel top, Buchungsprozess ein echter Flop

Der Buchungsprozess war eine einzige Katastrophe, ggf. ein Abstimmungsproblem zwischen BookingCom und Leonardo Buchungszentrale. Wie das meistens so ist: Am Ende war niemand verantwortlich dafür....
