It was great.
Pros:

The receptionist upon my arrival was awesome, he was welcoming and very professional. The remaining staff from breakfast to housekeeping were polite and professional. The room was clean.

Cons:

The receptionist at upon checking out was a bit impatient. The humidifier was too noisy.

Nice room, staff, and area but poor breakfast offering.
Pros:

The TV had smart capabilities! I feel like most hotels that I stay in do not offer this and the TVs are old, but we were able to watch YouTube on the TV, which made us happy.

Cons:

The breakfast was alright. French toast sticks were like rocks, and the bagels seemed a little stale. I love hotel breakfasts, and the fact that it was offered here is what made us choose this hotel; however, after the first breakfast, we did not come back the next morning and instead ate out.

Housekeeping was great whenever I needed anything they were there and accommodated me accordingly.

Cons:

Front desk was normally rude occasionally there was a kind interaction. The best thing that I can recommend is to make sure that your booking.com reservation is 100% correct prior to checking in. The breakfast is not accommodating for those who do not eat pork. Unless you like waffles or yogurt. The room was my fear smell like mildew. Could not change rooms because I had too many items with me.
