Disappointed - False Advertising
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful.

Cons:

The only reason we choose this particular hotel was because of the pool that was advertised. Our boys were excited and after a lot of convincing to skip his soccer game at home to stay and enjoy the pool, he was devastated to find out that there were no pools in the morning when we woke up. Apparently this has happened previously to a family before us, that came down in their swimsuits and were also told no pool. Staff are aware yet do not fix the online photos that show a pool is available on site.

It was very pleasant
Pros:

breakfast was really nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room service was very quick.

Cons:

In my opinion the carpet in the room and corridors need to be replaced, personally it looks very old and not clean.
