Pros:

Our stay at the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge was wonderful. The breakfast was very good and the rooms very comfortable. It is located outside the town but that was not a problem as there is a shuttle available for those wishing to go into town. All tours that we took were arranged at the hotel. Pick up was available. A great place to stay!!

Authentic accommodation with views to die for.
Pros:

Love the authentic feel of the rooms and the views over the waterhole.

Cons:

Not happy that smoking was permitted on the outside deck of the Buffalo Bar, especially as people around were eating.

1 room had a water leakage, guests had to be relocated to Neighbor lodge.
Pre arranged for non couples, two duvets. But wasn’t provided. Had several attempts to try and get an invoice. Staff wasn’t helpful and kept on answering generic emails. Overall it was a surprisingly poor experience to deal with the lodge

This was our second visit. We came a year ago and loved it so much we came back with 5 friends
Pros:

Total African feel. All rooms overlook the game park and water hole. So amazing to eat your meal or have a drink while watching animals come and go.
The staff here are all superb ! Friendly and helpful at all times

Pros:

Great views to the west, looking towards the waterhole with its numerous animals. Friendly efficient staff. Comfortable bed.
