such a gem very close to Vic Falls! The waterhole is stunning, and there's always some kind of animals to admire. I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff is incredibly nice and want the best for ones stay always. I couldn't have picked a better hotel for my stay in Vic Falls!
The bed was super hard, I guess some people like it, I didn't like it too much. And the gym was closed for 4 days for maintanance which I guess was bad timing for me, but I was excited to use it.
La vue sidérante sur un point d’eau qui attire éléphants, zèbres et kudus
Un peu cher même si on y est très bien
Just absolutely stunning resort

Would want to visit the lodge again not on business but a personal vacation once again. The ambiance is to die for !
Beautiful scenery and friendly staff. The food was amazing. Highly recommend this lodge if you love safari kind of feel.
Very well located
All was great
The lodge is beautiful with it wooden, open, architecture. The rooms facing the waterhole are amazing. You spend hours staring at the animals coming to drink and interact.
Everything was perfect - the Safari Lodge is just amazing. The view from the room was beautiful. The staff is very friendly.
Location watering hole animals boma and vulture experiences
Wifi was really poor
The property is located in an amazing position, just few Km far away from the Victoria falls. The lodge has the view on the water whole and it is an incredible experience despite the season you are going. You have access to one restaurant, one bar-restaurant, the pool and the lodge services. It is nice to have some animals (mainly monkeys) around and have the chance to see them during your stay. Activity offering is quite wide and comprehensive.
Although, the good location and the nice structure, we cannot say that the services are at the same level in particular the value for money is not great. You spend quite a lot for your stay but the food level is not great. They try to have an international food menù but the quality of the raw materials is not good. The quality of the staff is not at the expected level for the money that you pay. You are in Zimbabwe but still either you increase the level or reduce the price otherwise the expectations are high. Therefore, you can go but don’t have high standards for the price that you pay.
Everything and everyone who worked there. We had an amazing suite with fantastic views.
Food was fantastic. Can’t fault anything. Thank you for the best time

Final hotel on our guided coach tour of South Africa/Zimbabwe & Botswana.
We were disappointed to be in a room which had no view of the water hole, but it was OK. Staff should smile a lot more is the only comment I can make - the restaurant waiters were friendly, but didnt get the same feeling with others. On our last morning, the cleaner tried to enter our room even though they knew we were not due to depart for a couple of hours.
It is some way out of Victoria Falls and the shuttle bus had a lot of people waiting to use the facility.
I wish we'd known about the hotels Elephant Experience as it was too late for us by the time I found out. The vulture feeding was an amazing site.
We were told that there were giraffes at the waterhole, but couldn't see them as it was so dark and it's quite a way away.
Long sleeved trousers & shirts in the public areas are a must in the evening as the hotel lights attract many flying insects - insect repellant is a necessity.
Just remember you are in Africa with the native wildlife - its their territory afterall.
The huts were so well equipped and from which you could view the watering holes. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Coordination of excursions to one’s satisfaction was a priority of staff. All staff were wonderful: happy, helpful and warm! We hated to say “goodbye”.
Lots of stairs so not convenient for those having difficulty walking.
The environment and the food. Room were exactly as advertised.... Staff was really friendly and helpful....
