Awesome experience made wonderful by excellent team members

1 room had a water leakage, guests had to be relocated to Neighbor lodge.
Pre arranged for non couples, two duvets. But wasn’t provided. Had several attempts to try and get an invoice. Staff wasn’t helpful and kept on answering generic emails. Overall it was a surprisingly poor experience to deal with the lodge

This was our second visit. We came a year ago and loved it so much we came back with 5 friends
Pros:

Total African feel. All rooms overlook the game park and water hole. So amazing to eat your meal or have a drink while watching animals come and go.
The staff here are all superb ! Friendly and helpful at all times

Great location, but expensive
Pros:

Great views to the west, looking towards the waterhole with its numerous animals. Friendly efficient staff. Comfortable bed.

Incredible stay surrounded with beautiful wildlife
Pros:

such a gem very close to Vic Falls! The waterhole is stunning, and there's always some kind of animals to admire. I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff is incredibly nice and want the best for ones stay always. I couldn't have picked a better hotel for my stay in Vic Falls!

Cons:

The bed was super hard, I guess some people like it, I didn't like it too much. And the gym was closed for 4 days for maintanance which I guess was bad timing for me, but I was excited to use it.
