Great Location

Great apart from the Bathroom
Pros:

Was a last-minute booking due to my flight home being cancelled due to weather, the hotel accommodated me well. Staff were helpful and friendly with good Kiwi attitude.

Cons:

My room, I had checked in and gone down for dinner without checking the bathroom, I found when I did need to use it that it hadn't been cleaned properly (Dirty toilet bowl, no restock of the toiletries and the shower hadn't been cleaned properly), It was useable but not nice to experience. As it was several hours since check in I didn't feel I could complain as the staff could say I had made the mess. Maybe a little retraining / refresher for the cleaning staff could be in order to just do a quick final check on a room before closing the door at the end of their clean.

It was ok.
Pros:

Location is great, close to everything.

Cons:

Just be aware that the heater is in a form of a portable blade-less fan. I was genuinely surprised that a 4 stars hotel does not have air conditioning. It was cold, and the heater will help a little if you let it run for 30 mins but then the air gets very dry.

Excellent value for money. Our second time amazing and will be back for a 3rd!
Pros:

Everything was great right down to comfy bed and early check-in on request. Family dinner booked at hotel restaurant AND they even triple checked I had the correct date reserved (because I didnt-id made a mistake and they picked up on this!) Staff were lovely and friendly.

Cons:

Requested early check in but think we may have hurried the cleaning staff by doing this as there was some hair still in the bathroom sink that was there before we were, but easily cleaned ourselves and no other issues.
