Excellent stay. Friendly staff tidy room and very handy.
Pros:

Started with a warm greeting from reception who was very helpful. The location is great. Very handy to most event centres. And the room was perfect for us.

Cons:

The road was closed at the front of the venue and our GPS wasnt any use to us. We got there in the end by calling reception and being guided around the back. Perhaps a courtesy email before our visit wouldnt have gone amiss.

Pros:

The hotel was very beautiful..Friendly staff..Very clean and well presented.I booked for 1 night but stayed an additional night because I loved my room..It was warm n cosy.

Cons:

I have no complains..Everything was perfect except that if parking can be free as they charge $25 night..

Pros:

Perfect location for everything you want to do in Wellington, and very economical. Rooms are a decent size andspotless

Cons:

Only downside is the roadworks outside front door and you hear the noise at times

Good but not great
Pros:

Location and privacy. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The hallways to my room were cold. The room was heated with a floor heater. The shower has the potential to flood with just a beading on the ground to stop shower water escaping to the rest of the bathroom space.

A good base for exploring the city
Pros:

Room very tidy and well presented. Location good and close to Cuba/Courtenay entertainment area. Very quiet, good for sleeping.

Cons:

For some reason check-out email came a day early, and a second check-in email was received the day I was checking out.
