The location is great. We could walk everywhere we wanted around town. The parking was convenient, and the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

Location, short walk to waterfront, Te Papa and supermarket. Friendly, attentive staff. Easy parking. Very clean. Value for money. Sixes and Sevens for breakfast/lunch, Saigon Delights for takeaway/dine in lunch/dinner.

Hot Breakfast was disappointing and closed at 9am. I would l have liked to have had more of a lie and with breakfast open to 9.30 to 10am

No aircon. Hot sticky night, bad sleep
1-On 5th floor & constant droning noise through the night, 2-blinds didn’t fit and looks like fluorescent lights round the window, 3-booking all paid for but took $200 dollars as a holding fee and asked for PIN number ?? money to refunded after 3-5 working days, 4-$25 to park, 5- building site all round back of hotel and noisy.
