Location is excellent, right in the heart of Wellington CBD. Very easy efficient arrival procedure. Breakfast was great, good selection. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good value for a stay in Wellington.
Bed wasn't the most comfortable,
Staff very helpful after stressful delays with ferry. Great secure carpark for motorcycle
The location - so easy to walk where we wanted to get to.
Very kind and helpful staff!
Even though it’s a bit dated looking it had a warm welcoming feeling. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Ideal location.
Nothing it was all good.
Location and room presentation
Nil
Clean, 24 hour reception, modern, comfortable bed.
Not been asked at reception if we want real milk brought to our room when we arrived.
Very friendly, helpful welcome, car parking and EV charging available, great location and very clean.
Nothing, although road/building works outside means driving to the hotel and parking while getting instructions for using the hotel car park was a little tricky.
Staff were exceptional
Little bit noisy but thats nit the hotel's fault, comes with a cbd location
Location was good and convenient. We could walk to almost all the places we wanted to see. Such as the Parliament, Botanical Gardens, etc. The Airport bus was just 5 minutes walk from the Hotel.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
Our Standard Twin room was spacious enough for the two of us. Our room was quiet.
The Kogan fan and heater in the room was good.
The Bathroom:
There was no ventilation fan. The water pressure in the shower was like a high pressure hose. It was battering our bodies when we have a shower. The drainage hole in the shower was too small for the water to drain quickly. This resulted in flooding on the bathroom floor as there was no shower door. Only a shower curtain.
Breakfast:
There were no fresh fruits on offer. All were canned fruits. We have to ask for toasts. (Only white or multigrain bread were available). No bread of any other kind were offered. Hot foods were just bacon, baked beans, scrambled eggs, tomatoes and hash brown.
A microwave or small oven toaster would be handy in the breakfast area for guests to heat up the pastries/cakes/muffins as they were cold and dry.
The price
It is a little run down although the staff was very very nice. There is a lot of construction right across the street that starts early in the morning
Location, parking available in front of the hotel during our stay so we could come and go on the car as needed, room was tidy and clean as well as a good spot in the hotel. Staff and service were supreme.
A stronger fan for hotter seasons - the room was quite hot and took a while to cool, it stayed warm but didn’t really get to a nice cool temp. Construction going on across the road, you can’t help it but prior warning would’ve been good as it got real noisy/vibrations from 7am onwards.
Superbe hôtel très bien situé à proximité du front de mer
