Pros:

A roof over our head.

Cons:

We weren’t given wash cloths with our towels. There was no remote for the tv, and the continental breakfast had about pieces of bread for toast, no milk for cereal, and no fresh fruit or packs of oatmeal!

The night clerk was vaping behind the registration desk while on duty.

Pros:

Very good for the value of your money! Only the hallway carpet needs to be replaced, but it was good for the price. Recommend this hotel to everyone who s on the budget.

I will never stay at the days inn in rapid city again due to the manager and his attitude.
Pros:

The two staff at the front desk were very professional, however, the manager is rude, unprofessional and in very bad need of customer service. His staff could teach him a thing or two.

Cons:

The manager and because of his attitude I will never stay there again.

Pros:

Night manager either didn’t put enough food out or guests emptied it too fast. We were down by 7 and refrigerated cabinet was empty. Had to ask for syrup. Day manager came on and refilled everything.

No elevator and no room on first floor.

Property was in disrepair. Not clean - pool had crap in bottom. Hot tub was parts and pieces inside and not operational. General conduction of the hotel and room was in need of cleaning and care.

There was no elevator was the biggest glitch it is evident they are working on remodeling. The host didn’t direct us to our room we had to ask for dir
