The stay was quiet and peaceful. Price was great for the timing of stay. BHPW
The carpet can be changed to flooring. Felt damp to feet but otherwise nice place.
The room wasn't cleaned very well, the bathroom had hair in the shower and sink there was no hair dryer the shower rail was broke screws were missing there was red stains on the shower wall
There was box elder bugs on the windows and curtains the floors were stained
There was some sort of hard objects along the wall and behind the headboard was very dirty with trash
We brought clorax wipes and wiped down everything we also bought trashbags and bagged up our trash there was no trash can in the room
The ice box was dirty had stains on it like it wasn't wiped down or changed out
The lamp by the TV was flickering on and off when it was turned on so for safety reasons we kept it unplugged
We stayed because there was no other rooms available because of the event happening in rapid city
Other then the room being dirty our stay was ok the location was good we didn't have any trouble with traffic
1. We found food spread around at the entrance to our room, and it was not picked up until the next day, even though we complained twice. Some food inadvertently stuck to our footwear, and we tracked it into our room, making a mess.
2. The shower floor was slippery, which poses a hazard, since there was no safety bar. The knob that controls the water temperature did not function well and should be replaced with a more modern fixture.

great location
the room was disgusting. the rugs had stains all over them, the sheets and pillow cases had stains all over them. there was trash all around the trash can on the floor. the lock on the door was clearly hastily replaced... looked like the original installation had been busted from the door getting kicked in?

It smelled really gross, our room floors was stained and the room smelled like pickles and dirty shoes. We didn't even get under the covers to sleep.

Breakfast was very minimal-toast cereal,waffles, apples. sad in comparison to other breakfasts.
rust in bathroom and only 3 feet wide to stand at toilet. hot water took 15 min until got hot. we had no blankets on our bed on the first night, couldnt move since was full. moved to another room the second night.

Smell in the room. At 8;30 there was only 6 pcs of toast, some butter, jam and cereal. Scramble eggs was not even in the menu. When I ask staff about cream cheese spread, the lady said ,,I don't know"

Staff very pleasant
Room was upstairs and no elevator. Only had room keys for certain rooms otherwise staff would have to let you in. Room was not updated

Room wasn't cleaned or beds made in the 5 days there, towels were not replaced. Not a clean place. Breakfast was nothing much.
