The room was really nice
The beds were clean & very comfortable. Nice TV & lots of channels. Did have a microwave & mini fridge. The price to stay was very affordable. Easy access to the ice machine & out to our car. The staff was very nice.
There was only 1 garbage can for bathroom & bedroom area. Bathroom had an empty toilet tissue roll on floor & the floor hadn't been swept. We did not have any bath towels, but the front desk gave us some when we asked. No coffee maker in room as advertised & the only breakfast was to make waffles or toast. They did have coffee in the breakfast area.
Price was reasonable
Room was dirty. Food was left in fridge. Never any towels and when we asked for clean towels or pool towels they had none and was very rude about it.
Breakfast was horrible too. Had to ask several times for things like more milk etc
No good had to eat somewhere else
There was mold in bathroom smelled like weed in the halls and breakfast was terrible
My TV didn't work in 222 so they moved me to 229 And the room was very dirty and the door was already open caus the latch had it open, I walked in and there was trash and dirty towels.. So I went back down to the front desk to let the manager know , and she moved me to room 133 and that room was dirty as well the beds weren't made, dirt and tiny bits of trash still on the floor and the TV only had one channel, also there was 2 towels and they were both wet and dirty . I took pictures and sent them to the night manager Jenna was very polite and nice. The next day I told the guy at the front desk and he seemed a bit rude . I called and he sounded rude over the phone maybe I was just hearing him that way caus of my complaint but I left my name and number and he said Samantha will call and she never did that was very unprofessional . So please I would like my money back to my card I am a hard worker and I wanted to swim and there was a dirty bathroom in the pool area it was not useable
The guy who we looked at the front desk and how he didn't get the manager to call me with my complaint
Jenna was very helpful
Nothing
Service was awesome (Jenna)
Nothing
Room was clean
Breakfast lacking. Needs updating, heat, cool was not working, curtains had holes, towels had stains
What I didn't like is that you couldn't cancel the room through that booking agent never do that again
Not one positive thought.
Samantha has intentionally debited my card for a booking which was made prior to her decision to deny services. I stayed with a friend the night prior to the booking I am talking about. It was decided that I was no longer welcome because I argued to be let into the room we checked into. I was told I had the name incorrect, but in fact the desk person didn't put the information in correctly. The middle name was used as the first name. So when I arrived without a key- I provided the name and room number where my belongings were in the room. They refused to let me in without the person present. I left after an argument, and returned with the key. The following day I expected to book in my name and check in. I was informed after the booking but prior to checking in-between that I was no longer welcome at days inn. Which is fine. However the manager Samantha felt she had and continues to stand on the right to charge my card for a service she refuses to provide. Yet it viciously attempted to charge my card. How does a manager think she has any right to steal money from me after she refused service to me?! That woman is absolutely nutty. I booked the 15th of Feb. And they are trying to steal my money from my card on the 23rd of Feb. for the booking. When I was informed twice once on the 13th and again on the 14th that I was not welcomed. How absolutely ridiculous. Hope you all get ID'd when checking in. Cause they refuse to assist when your name isn't on the reservation!
A roof over our head.
We weren’t given wash cloths with our towels. There was no remote for the tv, and the continental breakfast had about pieces of bread for toast, no milk for cereal, and no fresh fruit or packs of oatmeal!
The night clerk was vaping behind the registration desk while on duty.
