Motel 6-Richfield, OH

Nous avions réservé deux chambres et, dès notre arrivée, alors que les clés nous avaient déjà été remises, nous avons constaté que l’une des deux chambres n’avait tout simplement pas été nettoyée.

On nous a donc attribué une autre chambre… qui sentait fortement les ordures. Il était tout simplement impossible d’y rester.

Nous avons finalement obtenu une troisième chambre, dans laquelle la climatisation fuyait. Une serviette de bain avait même été utilisée comme serpillière pour éponger l’eau qui coulait au sol.

Trois chambres, trois problèmes différents, et une expérience franchement inadmissible pour un établissement qui accepte des réservations. Nous attendions au minimum des chambres propres, fonctionnelles et en bon état.

Très déçus de notre séjour et du niveau de service.

Rooms were in the middle of a remodel or something, tub was not caulked properly or even at all, wood on the edge of bathroom doorway is rotted and a bug breeding ground. TV was satellite with 8 channels, only 4 worked. What an absolute joke to pay over $35 a night for this place. Front door didn’t sit properly in place, many spackle holes across wall, not painted. Fridge smelled like something was dead inside of it.

Big leak in the air conditioner that left a big puddle on the floor. Bathtub drain hardware broke inside the front of the tub, leaving the drain stuck in the closed position. Happened on a weekend, and there was nobody available ro make the simple repairs. Had to drain the tub with a bucket for three days in order to take a bath, and the repairs were still not made when I checked out after three days.

, I never got to stay here and they could put it complete on my bookings when I never got to stay there because bookings never sent my reservation over. I have not received no refund yet. It’s been a month the worst service I’ve ever seen in my life.

Cold shower, janky door locks and frame. No vending.

I was charged for 2 nights instead of one. When we went to check in we were told the reservatiom had been cancelled by bookings.com and they were full up with no rooms available.

That was nasty dirty the doors are didn't work. I did cancel.

Dirty, disrepair, no heat / ac. Had to move rooms. Very limited TV.

Key card deactivated some time during last night of my stay. Couldn't get in room after work at 4:30am to shower and rest. No one at desk to help. Lost a few personal items on top of not being able to utilize the room until the actual check out time, and was NOT offered/given any sort of a refund for the last night or to cover my personal items.

The entrance door was bad and unsafe. Cobwebs in corner of room. Bathroom door wouldn't close. No way to plug the drain in tub to take a bath. Spout and shower head is pull out of wall. The entire facility was filthy. This was by far the WORST motel we have ever stayed in! Also, the ad said they had senior rate. When I asked about it, the lady said they didn't have one!

I was put into a dirty room what was marked cleaned. Asked for another room and it was occupied. Asked for another and it was dirty. The last room I was given was an unregistered room. And that room was dirty, TV was disconnected, poop on the floor.
