We will visit your facility again hopefully get a room with a hot shower.
Pros:

Location was easy access and the breakfast was exceptional with a variety of selections.

Cons:

We had no hot water with which to take a shower. There was hot water from the bathroom sink but no hot water into the tub with which to take a shower or bath.

Pros:

Pool area in need of much needed improvement as was tub area in bathroom. Hot tub jets were not working. Room did not smell very good.

Little older than expected
Pros:

The hotel was much older than expected and our room was very small. For the price I paid and the Marriott name I had expected newer accommodations and a larger room. The staff was great, bed comfortable and breakfast was good.

Our Just OK stay
Pros:

Beds were comfortable

Having the little store on site was convenient

Lots of restaurants nearby and stores as well ( Walmart)

Room was comfortable as was lobby area and TV in room was good

Cons:

Lack of variety at breakfast and at the small store on site. Products were not being restocked or replenished.

The ladder for the pool was unsafe. ( step was loose ) too much spacing between steps. ( we did report this)

The hot tub. Was warm, but all the jets except 1 were NOT working.

We expected a lot more since it was a Marriott property and it was disappointing

Customer service was OK, but could have been better

This area was convenient, safe and parking near entrance. In addition to all amenities, pool, gym, and hot tub, the hot breakfast was excellent. The staff was amazing. We left a souvenior hoodie in the room. A staff member called us and mailed it to us. It even had the $20 still on the pocket. After this experience we decided to join Marriott Bonvoy.
