Location
Location convenient with good food/shopping options, Lauren at the front desk was AMAZING & the redeeming quality to this disasterous 1 night stay (she was kind, helpful, & running her poor tail off). Breakfast was pretty standard but decent, pool clean. That said, 1st room was not clean (got a double queen). There was no garbage bag in the bathroom, long hairs on toilet, dirty/streaked mirrors, soap scum crusted bathroom sink, mold and bugs on the corner of the bathroom. I've never in all my years of travel asked for another room, this was a first. The second room given had a huge yellow stain on the comforter that housekeeping tried to cover by putting it on the bed backwards, a disgusting shower stall streaked with used shampoo & dirt I think? Very scratchy sheets, beds with multiple pressure points from springs. The carpet throughout the building has worn holes and stains. If you stay, not worth more than $80/night. It's not a 10/10 place by far in our experience. A new housekeeper/provider would make a world of difference though.
Check in process/staff were good, and the location is 10 mins from the zoo. I also liked that Cracker Barrel is right next door. Coffee was good but breakfast was not.
The pool area is not good. The hot tub was broken and closed. When my son got in the pool (no one else was in the pool) he could feel he was swimming through long hair. The pool area is outdated, mildew/rusty, and small. There was also a very loud beep coming from the fire alarm every 2 mins in the pool area. Our hotel room was okay, but was warm even with keeping the air running all day. Beds were fine but the room had curtains that didn't close. Car alarms going off constantly in the parking lot. Lastly, we got back early from the zoo due to rain, and thought we'd watch a movie. They have two steaming apps for TV (Youtube and Netflix) and a few local TV channels. Youtube app kept freezing. I would recommend staying somewhere else, as there's lots of options in the area at this price point.
Convenient location
Cramped elevator, crowded breakfast
Not hot
Hot breakfast breakfast sausage the eggs, orange juice machine didn’t work
Right off interstate.
Hotel is tired, needs to be remodeled. Bathroom was really bad.
Every morning there was a delicious variety of breakfast food (both hot and cold). The water pressure was perfect for showering. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
We had issues with checking in, but that was a computer problem, not staff.
Nice overnight hotel. Great staff. Clean room. Nice shower. Easy check in and out. Unfortunately the hot tub was being repaired — would have been nice after a long day of driving. The included breakfast had a nice assortment of food items.

No microwave
The location of the hotel was very convenient and easy to get to from the interstate. Our room was upgraded (bonus!) when we arrived and the king size bed was very comfortable. I slept really great, which is rare when I'm away from home. The staff was very friendly and greeted us with smiles at every encounter. The shower had great water pressure and the lavender eucalyptus shampoo smelled amazing. I will definitely stay here again.
Just being nit picky; there were cracks in the tile, scratches on the paint, bad remodel work with some of the lighting and plug-ins, and the location of some of the light switches was strange. Also, they didn't take cash for the "pantry" items, so my card was charged for a soda. But honestly, these things didn't keep me from enjoying our quick stay.
We had two rooms and both smelled of animals. The carpet at the door looked like it had been chewed. The worst was when we looked in the bathroom and there was debris from an overhead vent on the counter that was probably knocked down by something in the vent system. We immediately checked out and did not stay.
Outdated, not worth the cost
Location
How old it really is versus the only line / website appearance, entire building smelt funky
