We made it work but I wouldn’t book here again
Pros:

They charged my card twice for the stay. I was paid in full before I arrived paid at the booking and they then charged my card again and it was a big chaos to get my money back no manager on duty the girls up front were training and didn’t know what to do it was a mess

Pros:

The location was very convenient to the MOA and the Airport which we loved and there is a shuttle that ran on a regular schedule to take you to either. The breakfast was very good. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean

Cons:

There was a billing snafu where they attempted to charge my card on 5 separate occasions for the room that I had already paid. Fortunately, the manager Brian was able to quickly resolve the issue at check out. I wish that the staff would've communicated more regarding this issue before we checked out.

Great staff, and great facilities make fo a great stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and provided a good jump start to my day. I would like to know the firmness of the mattress. It was perfect and I'm starting to look at getting a new mattress for my home.

送迎バスでトラブった以外は、ロケーション、部屋など全てとてもよかったです。

Cons:

ミネアポリス空港に着いてからのホテルの送迎バスの件でとてもトラブった。ほとんど氷点下の寒い中 40分も外で待たされた。3回目の催促の電話の後でようやく来てくれた。
