Cons:

Sounds of planes, charging $10 a day just to stay at the hotel. We reserved our rooms 3 weeks in advance and asked to be next to each other. We were on opposite sides of a long hallway

Pros:

it was clean and safe. near to most of the places we’ve been to. The breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Some of the frond desk staff during our stay. I called twice and put me on hold on both times for about 5 minutes. Then, the third time I called after an hour, I requested something and front desk said that she’s kinda busy and will get back to us with our request, but no one get back to us.

This hotel is a decent price and super close to the Mall of America!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was lacking. No waffle maker! The eggs were gritty and watery and the sausage was not good.

Great location for our needs, fair price, great staff. The Mall of America, they can keep it!
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious & plenty full. Room was clean & comfortable, excellent shower, a bit crowded but then there were five of us. The shuttle worked out great, drivers were great.

Cons:

Indoor pool could have heated 10 to 15 degrees warmer, didn't thus use it. Hot tub was down. but these things happen

Had a great stay. Clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My husband was cut on the leg from a bench in the breakfast area. Staff was quick to fix the problem and gave first aid supplies to assist the injury.
