Days Inn by Wyndham Okmulgee

I made my June reservation in March only to arrive and not have what I was ASSURED by the manager I would have. She even REPEATED it back to me! But she didn’t put it in the reservations like that. I reserved 1 room for 3 nights and 1 for 2 nights. I got 1 for 1 night and 1 for 2 nights. . It is a non-smoking motel and the room reeked of pot. I immediately complained and the desk clerk sprayed something that helped some but not 100%. The wi-fi does NOT work as advertised and the fridge barely cooled. I was supposed to stay 3 nights but when I got up the 2nd morning after sleeping on the floor of the “2nd” room with my guests, I killed 2 LARGE brown recluse spiders which I put on my business card and took to the desk clerk. I cancelled my 3rd night and asked him to cancel charges for the 2nd night too only to be told he didn’t have authority to do that. I asked for the manager and was told she left the night before for a month long vacation. I would need to call back after Aug 4. I did call her and she accused me of trying to “get something for free” and wouldn’t even offer an apology for the conditions. So it’s okay to be charged for having to sleep with dangerous spiders in room…she made the statement that I “shouldn’t expect 5 star service from them”. I am in shock at how this “manager” handled the situation. Now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company…

There were lots of flies. Didn't recognize all of Wyndham's perks for rewards members. Reward members not recognized at all. Staff was okay.

Filthy, filthy, filthy. Crumbs, cigarette holes in bedding, dirty towels. Staff did try to clean it. Rooms were cold, but rooms were not clean. Was told cleaning staff went home!

It was alright for the night but we had no ironing board or iron to iron clothes plus needs bigger and better bar soap or shower gel dispenser

Traveled 5 hours from Texas to Okmulgee to handle some business. Booked a last minute room at Days Inn for one night. Upon arriving i was a little apprehensive. Friendly front desk and easy check-in helped. It was close to 100° outside so I was praying for a cool room. Room was a little warm at first but after turning on the A.C. it quickly cooled down. Stayed cold throughout stay. Room was clean. No pests. Bed was comfortable. Room had a new bath/shower tub, wall surround, toilet, and tile floor. Sink and cabinet were also recently updated. Good sound barrier. I didn't hear anything from the many guests who were there. Location was perfect for my stay. Everything i needed was at the most 4 minutes away. Clothing, restaurants, coffee, gas, convenience store, supermarket, and then some. Fast, easy, and friendly checkout. My one and only gripe would be that the maid needs to clean the bathroom overhead vent fan. Yet, I'd still recommend this Inn.

The location was good we found what we needed but the bedding was stinky and the pillow cases looked stained and dingy. We had to ask for an iron and blow dryer. The refrigerator never got cold. The desk chair was brokem. The chair looked like someone vomited on it. And it was very.noisy on Saturday night. The lady at the desk was very ki d and helped us as much as she could.

Comforters and towels were notably dirty and filled with excessive stains. Had to run to nearby store for a cheap sheet set and a bath towel

I liked the price and convenience of the location. The room was not as clean as I hoped. The comforters had stains in them and cigarette burn holes in them. The tub floor was very slick.

My biggest critique is the number of stains and cigarette burns on all the linens in a non smoking room. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised with the level of cleanliness, all but one staff member was incredibly delightful, and enough hot water and water pressure. I’d stay there again for the location.

The motel rooms were filthy the owner and the people that do the cleaning were horrible and there was blood on the sink in the bathroom and the owner did not do anything about other residents threatening my life

I liked that everything worked in our room and we didn't have to smell smoke everywhere cause we were in a no smoking room. I didnt enjoy the continental breakfast, could have offered muffins and donuts of some kind.

The area was sketchy, the guy that checked us in first gave us a room that was to be worked on the bed was broken. Finally we were give another room. The sheets were stained, the bathroom light didn't work and we had to use a lamp that was plugged in for light in the bathroom. Very disappointed.
