Please note that parking is available for guests at Wilsons Parking, located at the Clock Tower Building, 55 Harrington Street, The Rocks. The cost of parking is AUD 60 per car for 24 hours, with only 1 entry and 1 exit, payable to the hotel and not to Wilson's Parking. Guests are required to take a ticket from the boom gate upon entering the car park and then present this to reception for validation. The ticket must be validated by the Harbor Rocks Hotel reception desk before departure. Guests are then required to enter the validated ticket into the exit boom gate before leaving the car park.

The hotel will be closed for refurbishment from the 15 March to the 21 September 2026.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Our stay was pleasant and quiet in our room. The area was superb and we did enjoy our stay.
Pros:

The room was large enough for three adults
It was good that the sleeping arrangements were in separate rooms.

Cons:

The fact that there were only enough towels, cups, glasses for two people not three.
We were unable to watch television or connect WIFI.
The sofa bed was not comfortable.
The set up with the entrance door and shower door did not work together for privacy.

Excellent location and beautiful clean rooms with very lovely staff
Pros:

Beautiful location and the recent renovations have made the hotel absolutely beautiful to stay in. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately it was the opening week following the recent renovations so they were still ironing out some of the kinks. We had some issues with the aircon but Delilah was wonderful and able to find us another room to stay in. The rain shower head in the first/smaller room we stayed in is also quite low if your a taller human (like myself) so it makes it a little hard to shower without knocking your head 😅

The downstairs section of the building was great. Nice style and greta location.

Cons:

The bathroom was very average. The basin was cracked and the bathroom tiles were not in good condition. Overall the standard of the bathroom was below what I expected.

What a Beautiful Hotel 10/10

Absolutely loved everything from staff to rooms to decor of the hotel was amazing. The location 10/10 - breakfast 10/10
We stayed 2 nights and loved it .
