Not as advertised, dirty, roaches in the room, room located near stair well & lighting shined through the window thus allowing anyone to see inside our room. Customer service was terrible doing nothing to help or offset the price, or accommodate in anyway as we had to take precautions like leaving our luggage and articles in our garage to keep from bringing roaches or anything or bugs into our home. Booking did nothing.

Great location within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff were all nice.
Pool could use a good cleaning or perhaps resurfacing.
Personal ist sehr freundlich. Einfaches Motel aber tut was es soll. Frühstück typisch USA im Motel. Sehr gute Lage zum Strand.
Wir hatten eine extreme Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer!!! Klima Anlage hat es nicht geschafft die Feuchtigkeit raus zu ziehen. Wollten aber auch nicht das Zimmer auf 16grad runter kühlen. Von daher war alles im Zimmer mit einem feuchten Film überzogen :(

Breakfast was burnt. remodeling a room next door so was woken up early in the morning on a vacation, tub was clogged so standing in dirty water while showering, tv didn't work at first, bugs in room, heard everyone that walked by and the people above

Price, convenience of location.
Older facilities, common hallways were not kept up, dirty, peeling paint, laundry facilities cost money but only one dryer was working. Pool area was not kept up daily, no cleaning of pool deck and pool, or sandy area near pool. Need closer attention to this area daily. My bed was horrible, had a permanent dip on one side I had to make sure I slept in middle or other side of bed away from the end table. The other bed seemed fine.
