Serious gem!
Pros:

Staff extremely welcoming, especially lady from Portugal working in breakfast bar.
She’s worked there 11 years, so that says a lot about how this place is run.
The pool is looking over ocean and great fishing spot behind pool directly on water with small sandy beach area and Adirondack chairs.
In walking distance is senor frog, Ron John, lots of goodies. Directly across from hotel is beach, so saves parking money and traffic.
Just a great little place overall!!!

Cons:

The room doors go to outside, could feel less exposed, but areas super safe so doesn’t bother us at all!!!

Best hotel for locals!
Pros:

We are local and this is our go to hotel for my Pug and I.. we even stay here on 4th of July and NYE because its the best spot to view fireworks!! Surf and Sand is the best!

Pros:

Location, fridge and microwave in room

Cons:

Our ceiling above the shower had a leak, Sheetrock was deteriorating and crumbling into the shower. There is likely mold there as well. Bathroom felt dirty. Toilet wouldn’t flush, plumbing was terrible. We also heard other people complaining of their toilet running for hours.

Pros:

Elizabeth at breakfast time made u feel welcomed.She made sure the food was restocked and asked if u needed a to go bag very kind.

Cons:

No receipt at check out or at least they did not give me one.The girl in the front just said you are all set.

We will book again.
Pros:

The property was inviting and casual enough to accommodate families without sacrificing. Proximity to the boardwalk was excellent! We were able to park and leave the car until our weekend was over.
