A welcoming, comfortable stay with great rooms, thoughtful service, and a touch of personal care.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Saint Louis with a big, comfortable room and ample parking space. The reception team was very welcoming, and the handwritten note on our last day was a thoughtful personal touch. Breakfast was good, and overall we truly enjoyed our stay. This was my third time staying here, and I would definitely return again.

Hotel was very easy to get to and lots of shopping and restaurants near by

Cons:

Free sodas was only available for one night the rest of stay was out of order so we had to buy our drinks!!!

Clean, quiet and very friendly.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, and staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and hot. Parking was great with easy access to the hotel. It was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Could of used another blanket on the bed. Otherwise, it was fantastic.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. They offered many complimentary items (soda fountain, hot and cold snacks ect). The location was perfect for us to commute to activities in Saint Louis. They offered free parking and there was ample shopping and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

There was nothing to note that we were unhappy about. Wonderful stay!

Friendly service, good breakfast, nice pool, the rooms were lovely. Bathroom was very clean and nice also. Easy to get to and easy to get around the city from this location.

Cons:

Maybe it was just the humidity of the day, but the whole room felt slightly damp, even the bed. We had the air on pretty low to try to dry it out, but it just felt a bit damp still.

I would definitely stay there again the staff was friendly the hotel was very clean I was very plea.

The breakfast was good the location was a great location. Everything was convenient to get to. I love the nearby park.
