Location was great
Staff was always friendly, breakfast had something for everyone and they even offered midday snacks and complimentary drinks all day

Cons:

The pool wasn't very clean...first night was ok the water just seemed a little cloudy but it was the end of the day maybe just needed to rest with chemicals. The second day I didn't even get in because the water was worse there was food all over the floor and big clumps of hair as well.

Spring Break 2026!!!
Pros:

The room was nice size for a family of 5, housekeeping was great, breakfast was good. My boys enjoyed the complimentary snacks in the evening time. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

The parking lot was small but had additional parking in the back but it would be full sometimes due to a bar and grill next door.

A welcoming, comfortable stay with great rooms, thoughtful service, and a touch of personal care.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Saint Louis with a big, comfortable room and ample parking space. The reception team was very welcoming, and the handwritten note on our last day was a thoughtful personal touch. Breakfast was good, and overall we truly enjoyed our stay. This was my third time staying here, and I would definitely return again.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El hotel limpio y bonito. Los empleados muy amables, la habitación amplia y cómoda, el desayuno bueno y variado. Todo estuvo muy bien para nosotros. Volveremos a quedarnos en uno de sus hoteles. 100% recomendado.
