Планируя отдых в данном отеле, прочла много отзывов, в которых хвалили персонал и его необычайную чуткость и внимательность к гостям. Было интересно насколько правдивы восторженные отзывы) могу сказать, что действительно редко где встретишь такое не нарочитое, не показательное, а абсолютно искреннее отношение к гостю. Каждый сотрудник знает каждого проживающего, учитываются любые пожелания и весь персонал стремится сделать ваш отдых комфортным, спокойным и безмятежным. В отеле мало гостей, очень приятная обстановка, номера просторные и видовые. Обязательно вернусь сюда на полный пансион с полноценным аюрведическим лечением.

Cons:

Единственный момент, который меня расстроил - не смогла дозвониться до ресепшена ночью, когда меня беспокоил шум. Получается , что в случае острой необходимости или невозможности дойти до ресепшена - нет возможности позвать кого.либо из персонала. На сообщения в what’s app тоже никто не отреагировал, к сожалению.

Fantastische onvergetelijke beleving retraite

Wir waren zwei Wochen in Sri Lanka unterwegs und dieses Hotel war mit Abstand das beste, in dem wir während unserer Reise übernachtet haben. Wir sind aufgrund kurzfristiger Planänderungen kurzfristig hier gelandet und waren nicht als Ayurveda-treatment-Gäste da.
Schon beim Ankommen haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die wenigen und teilweise negativen Bewertungen kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen – im Gegenteil: Dieser Ort hätte deutlich mehr Gäste und entsprechend mehr positive Rückmeldungen verdient.

Ich reise sehr viel, weltweit, und selbst im Vergleich zu europäischen oder Schweizer Standards hat dieses Hotel ein wirklich gutes Niveau. Das gesamte Personal war von Anfang bis Ende außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Die Lage ist ideal: nur zwei Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, dazu ein schöner Garten, ein großer Pool und ein sehr gepflegter, optisch ansprechender Spa- und Behandlungsbereich. Die ganze Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Das WLAN funktionierte überall im Hotel einwandfrei. Die Körperpflegeartikel im Bad sind hochwertig – ebenso wie die Tees beim Frühstück. Alles ist stimmig auf das Ayurveda-Konzept abgestimmt und von sehr guter Qualität.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns geschmeckt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: In einem Hotel dieser Klasse hätte ich Cappuccino oder ähnliches erwartet.
Generell war alles, was wir bestellt haben, lecker. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen wie sich in manchen Bewertungen über schlechtes oder "zu Ayurveda-lastiges Essen" besc
