Terrible stay. They refused to get me refund for the stay

Our stay for the 2nd time was not pleading bc of the roach issue and not as clean .
Pros:

Property was okay

Cons:

Roaches were in the room and quiet a few of them . The floor and microwave wasn’t clean . We had to be moved to another room bc of the roach issue . After moving to another room the tv would only pick up 3 channels .

Full size kitchen amenities in units

Cons:

Linens weren't washed from prior use, there were spider webs and spiders at base boards by bed, the AC did not work well in either of our rooms and then the continental breakfast was a joke. No fruit and if 3 people were to get breakfast at the same time, there would not be enough food.
