Staff is wonderful and knowledgeable of the area, rooms are nice and spacious, prices are good and even though we have to pay for parking it's not bad since you are allowed to park in a gated parking lot
The matress was uncomfortable.
Ik really liked the breakfast and the friendly staff. The rooms however, were clean but musty, no chance to open a window and all of our clothe4s were clammy after one week.
The loundry room needed an app to be able to work the washing machine, I would have preferred to just buy tokens or have the charges charged to my room. The location was awesome.
Musty rooms, lots of plastic cutlery, maybe something more ecologically friendly would have bene nice as cutlery.
Staff was amazing and always made sure we had a wonderful experience. Krystina went above and beyond to ensure the stay was wonderful. Thank you for everything!
The staff is super friendly and kind from the front desk to housekeeping. The breakfast was great changed everyday and had a variety. The gated parking is great for keeping vehicles safe. The proximity to the River Center and downtown is awesome.
The bed was not comfortable.
Pool was nice. breakfast was good with a good selection. The room was nice, but needs some upgrades.
The pillows were too small, flat and raggedy for a king sized bed and sheets didn't fit the mattress very well. The lawn at the facility needed mowing, it looked very unkept and raggedy.

Room could have used some Extra TLC not sure if the previous guest had dogs but there was dog hair in the carpet and sheets could have been cleaner I always bring my own from home and do a clean as well
Let me say this was one of the best Hampton Inn’s I’ve visited. 5-7 min walk to river center . Check in smooth , the breakfast was my favorite !! Dedicated team over breakfast, efficient and a true hot breakfast that was worth it !!! Pillows plush mattress just right !! I’ll definitely be back there when next visiting San Antonio . I love the night light in the restroom doesn’t disturb anyone ! Go head book it! Oh and it’s very PET FRIENDLY WITH TREATS
Nothing but the staff
It was so moldy in the rooms were so bad that my son broke out in hives and ended up having to have a doctors appointment to be put on meds to get rid of the hives due to the mold I sent videos via email. It’ll only let me download the pictures on this.
