Nice clean quiet surroundings
Not really anything to dislike
Great staff
Everything good
Clean and comfortable. The staff is Super Friendly! They made me feel right at home!
The shower facet was a little tricky to operate and the pool was a little chilly. Wish it had a hot tub.
The reakfast was great. Staff was very accomdating. Big variety to please everyone.
The refinish on the bath tub was flaking..... possibly it had not cured fully before use...?
Cleanliness Concern
I noticed visible mold in the shower during my recent stay, particularly along grout lines and ceiling corners. Though I was too exhausted to report it at the time, it raised concerns about the hotel’s hygiene standards. I hope management addresses this promptly to ensure a healthier environment for future guests.
We had a quick stay in Tyler and chose Fairfield for our overnight stay. Room was great, bed comfortable, and shower had plenty of pressure.
They only get 3 stars due to our ‘upgraded’ room being right next to the elevator door. Other guests were super loud all through the late night and early morning.
The person at the front desk charged me $20 more for my rate. $89 for a king plus $13 takes was my reservation. I was charged $124 for two queens.
He also had to totally Re-input all my information that had me concerned including CC information.
Hot water was not hot. The electrical outlets to charge phones by the bed did not work. The key card reader to enter the room took some efforts to get it to read.
Room was noisy from the traffic and the people above me.
The following morning breakfast was late. So I really did not get to take advantage of that.
My husband and I stayed over the Labor Day weekend for 3 nights. We requested housekeeping service and fresh towels each day. Our room was not cleaned once during our stay and we had to go down to the front desk to get fresh towels.
Worst thing: having to review everything I buy. All other things equal I would always buy from a company which did not engage in this vile practice.

I had to come into town late and they have 24hour desk is a huge bonus for me and my children.
The pool was not available because they were remodeling.
