Pros:

I booked this hotel through hotels.com. When I arrived, the address of the hotel was incorrect. The address is an empty lot. the taxi driver luckily helped me by asking MANY people where the hotel was. It turned out to be about 2 streets behind and a few blocks down from the specified address. When I got there, nobody spoke English, but the guy called a number. The person got on the phone and told me I am the second person to 'do this to them.' He said they do not use ANY online booking, and I had no reservation with the hotel, and they were full. I had to go from hotel to hotel on short notice trying to find a different accommodation. I spoke with hotels.com, who after a LENGTHY investigation, reimbursed me for the debacle that happened at this hotel. Do not book there, because in their own words, they do not use any online booking........... (Yet, somehow, it was them who returned the money to hotels.com to reimburse me). There is some shady stuff going on there.
