Overall, we had a pleasant stay because of the friendly and accommodating staff.
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating, approachable, and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the kuya guard, who was very welcoming throughout our stay.

Cons:

The main concern was the location. The hotel is on the third floor and there is no elevator, while the establishments on the first and second floors and the surrounding area did not feel very pleasant or safe, especially for tourists who are unfamiliar with the place. This made us feel uneasy when coming and going, particularly at night.

Mid-range hotel with great location and family friendly atmosphere
Pros:

Great location right smack in the middle of city center, Reputable establishment, Professional staff, Comfortable for a mid-price range.

Cons:

Minor request for a 1-hr late check-out (1pm instead of 12nn) would cost me P1,200 "based on policy's fine print". I decided to wait out my 5pm flight at the airport instead.
