Pros:

Pontos positivos: equipe, todos muito simpaticos, atenciosos, solicitos, otimo atendimento. Localizaçao, proximo a padarias, farmacias, parques, comercio em geral, bairro seguro.
Pontos negativos: quartos antigos, parede cheia de manchas, cheiro forte de material de limpeza, mobiliario antigo, limpeza a desejar. Tinha fezes de barata no banheiro todos os dias. Quarto sem ar condicionado com um ventilador grande com a regulagem quebrada, entao o barulho do ventilador era muito alto. Tomadas antigas (2 pinos).

O excelente tratamento por parte de toda equipe é sem dúvida o ponto alto desse hotel. Aconselho ao administrador do hotel a realizar mudança periódica da senha de acesso a Internet com o objetivo de aumentar a segurança e impedir a conexão de não hóspedes.

Pros:

O hotel é bom, mas não estava incluído o café da manhã ( foi feita a busca com este item incluído ).Foi necessário o pagamento no local.
A reserva também não constava quando cheguei na recepção, mas foi solucionado rapidamente.
