jestem bardzo zadowolona, na pewno wrócę do tego hotelu
Pros:

dobra lokalizacja, duży pokój, wygodne łózko, ciekawy kanał japońskiej tv, fajnie by było gdyby był jakiś kanał tv koreańskiej , świetna pora śniadań

El personal muy amable, camas comodas

Cons:

Fue un desproposito desde el principio, nos adjudicaron la hbt 125,el mangito de la ducha estaba roto ( imposible la ducha) la cisterna del wc estaba rota,nos quejamos y nos cambiaron de hbt. Al dia siguiente salimos sobre las 10 de la mañana y llegamos
Sobre las 15 horas. Sorpresa, la hbt por limpiar y arreglar,dimos aviso y quedamos en 2 horas pues queriamos descansar, nunca vino nadie a limpiar, nos volvimos a quejar, ya no habia nadie de limpieza, nos compensaban con el desayuno gratis.
Al dejar la hbt nos guardaron las bolsas, cuando fuimos a recogerlas, pedimos para ir al wc,sorpresa, no pudo ser, no encontraban las llaves del aseo de recepción.
Un desproposito tras otro.
Parece ser que la dirección de este hotel no lo gestiona bien, no lo recomiendo por todo lo dicho.

Do poprawy jakość obsługi śniadań
Pros:

Lokalizacja, czystość pokoju

Cons:

W łazience była poluzowana przyczepka do prysznica co sprawiało że zalewał się łazienka każdorazowo
Personal śniadaniowy był straszny nie miły nie słuchał nie sprzątał stolików - nie przecierał po gościach stolików - na stolach były plamy, słodkie rogaliki były wysuszone i nieświeże .
