Conveniently located in Jaco, beach was right down the street, room is exactly what I needed at an affordable price. Manager/ owner from California was super nice good people.....wish I could remember his name he gets an A+. I will stay here again in the near future

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Ricky was very helpful and always available. I am making this my go to hotel in Jaco from now on. I will be returning and staying again next month. Felt very comfortable and safe on what to me was a residential street in the middle of bustling Jaco. I enjoyed sitting outside my room and watching the people go by. The beach, food and 2 banks with ATM’s are just steps away.
The hotel is small and simple. It is very conveniently located to everything. The owner is what makes it highly recommendable. He is awesome! Very helpful and accommodating. We would return here for sure and recommend it highly...but be prepared for simple. It needs some refreshing but it is clean.

This hotel is great. The location is awesome, is near everything: 1 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to Jaco Walk, 3 minute walk to Mas x Menos, and like a 5 minute walk to a lot of great restaurants.
The owner, Ricky, is an amazing and kind person. If you ask for any help he will help you. As well the cleaning ladies are also very helpful and kind.
The room was very clean and well kept, with a/c, fan, fridge, TV and wifi.
And they use solar panels for the electricity consumption of the premises!
I will definitely reccomend this place!
1 minute walk off the beach, owner was good company to talk with and very informative on things to do in the area.
A guard is located on the premises at night if you are worried for safety, i walked the streets every night and never felt unsafe.
Make sure to pick the owners brain, he was very helpful.
Loved this little botique style hotel. Clean rooms with a nice big bed. Friendly staff. Super easy walking distance to the beach. Solar panels on the roof! If I return to Jacō, this place will be first on my list to stay again!
My stay at Tuanis was wonderful! The two-bedroom pool-side apartment was clean and cold - the property was maintained VERY WELL - and the staff was incredible! Rates were very fair and the location was PERFECT! I loved every moment, especially when the resident scarlet macaws stopped by every afternoon - I will definitely be back!
