Cons:

We called before booking to ensure that their suite was pet friendly, when we arrived we were told that wasn’t the case and that they were downgrading our room to a double queen and that we’d have to talk to booking.com about the price difference. There were ants in our bathroom, hair in the tub and all over the floors, I don’t think the floors have ever been moped either.

Pros:

The facility matched the pictures. The cost was affordable for a long weekend. Housekeeping had a system going every morning to cleaning the rooms. The pool and hottub were packed every night.

Pros:

The staff were amazing. Very attentive. So friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The property needs a deep clean. Shower grout needs some help. Walls need a good scrubbing and you can hear everything on other rooms and outside.

Pool is not heated. That might be ok in July and August but it’s cold in May.

Somehow we managed. At least there was a fridge and microwave in the room.
Pros:

Pool was clean and great for kids.

Cons:

All outdoor patio tables were dirty and dusty. Little to no outdoor maintenance aside from the actual swimming pool which seemed clean.

There don’t seem to be any maintenance staff around to support the front desk. Not enough staff. Our room had ants all over the floor. I had to sweep my own room and ask for ant traps. I was told to “leave the broom outside” when I was done. The poor girl actually working seemed to be run off her feet. The beds were clean but I was so disturbed by the ants I couldn’t sleep. I felt like ants were on my all night!
Front desk spoke to guests way too fast, no one could really understand her instructions, especially my elderly parents. The staff could not keep up with breakfast demand. I tried to get breakfast twice but it was cleared out so fast all I could get was a coffee and a piece of toast. Everything else was gone! This was at 8:15am so no where close to end of breakfast time. The staff attempted to refill things but there was just not enough food. Someone parked in front of my room every night which meant we had to park around the corner and drag our bags down the parking lot every night. The ice machine on main floor was broken. Overall conditions were pretty unacceptable. I will never stay there again and will not recommend!
