Pros:

Booked the hotel 23:45 via Hotels.com, payment was taken from my card within minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later to the property and I was informed they have no reservations for me. Therefore I had to pay again to stay the night. I’m uncertain how to get my refund back from the online booking.
