WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

The incompetent staff- the room had hi tech gizmos like the toilet and remote controlled lights, tv, etc all very nice but it totally lacked the basics like coffee and water everyday for the $160/day price that would be considered basic even in Paris, NYC - but in Puebla???? Breakfast was in a local basic cafe across the street at our invonvenience + we were asked if our room should be serviced everyday - at that price i should think so. The manager Vanessa was AWOL and did not make any effort to remedy our concerns. We were threatened by Ariel and locked in until we paid for the coffee pods and water bottles - really?? ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE THERE ARE MANY OTHER CHOICES - unfortunately, we had prepaid and could not make a change. None of the staff could communicate in English which at a supposed highly priced hotel is also surprising. BEWARE AND CHOOSE WISELY!!!

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with large rooms, large rooftop terrace and pool, and the staff were kind and answered questions and requests immediately. The technology in the room all worked well and was very fun, and everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Cons:

Don't use their puebla airport driver recommendation. We provided our flight info the day before, but after we landed no driver was waiting at the airport. We had to message on whatsapp and ask where he was, and after the hotel called him overall we waited over an hour at the airport late at night.

Cons:

Obwohl ich bereits bei booking.com bezahlt hatte, wurde mir vor Ort das Zimmer berechnet. Auf mehrere E-Mails wurde nicht reagiert. Am Telefon leider kein englischsprachiger Kontakt zu bekommen. Wenn sie auf meine dritte Mail nicht reagieren, werde ich einen Anwalt einschalten.

Todo de verdad si tienen la oportunidad de irse a quedar tómenlo esta muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones son muy modernas y lindas nos faltaron días con mi familia para aprovechar las cosas que tiene

La ubicación es excelente ya que se encuentra a 1 cuadra del zócalo, sus instalaciones son muy cómodas y cuenta con todos los servicios lo que para mi esposo fue excelente porque no puede vivir sin el aire acondicionado

Cons:

Como en todos los hoteles que nos hemos hospedado, esperamos encontrar aseadas las habitaciones al retorno de los tour que tomabamos, pero no se nos proporcionó ese servicio, incluyendo la limpieza del WC y retiro de bolsas de basura.

Hôtel très bien situé à 2 pas du centre.
Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique

Cons:

Mauvaise odeur d’égouts dans les chambres (après leur avoir signalé ils ont nettoyé les tuyaux de la salle de bain).
Ils proposent le petit /déjeuner dans la chambre mais Pas de table ni chaise, sur la terrasse ou directement dans le petit restaurant d’en face car c’est eux qui les font
