Die Lage war gut

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren zwar modern, jedoch funktionierte Technik nicht, die meisten Funktionen waren fehl programmiert oder gar überhaupt nicht benutzbar. Wasser, Teebeutel etc. Kosten laut Menü extra, erst auf Nachfrage erfuhr Mann dann das es kostenlos sei, was widersprüchlich ist. Ebenso ist es extrem lau, da auf dem Dach die Bar extrem laut ist sowie der Markt vor der Tür, teilweise bis 0 Uhr und später. Das Hotel- Personal kann auch nur gebrochen Englisch.

The room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. It was a suitable hotel for a relaxing stay.

It's located in a quiet area slightly away from the city center, with many street vendors in the square in front of it, Los Sapos.

Unusually for Mexico, there was a refrigerator in the room, which was convenient for chilling wine.

Great location & comfy beds, but way too loud at night.
Pros:

Central location and our room was big & comfortable.

Cons:

It was incredibly loud at night, both from the street and within the hotel. Even with earplugs, the noise was really bad.

Super comfy bed, all very clean, good location . Pool and roof terrace area lovely,

Cons:

In room table and chairs would have improved room. Jacuzzi and pool didn't need heating so much while we were there. Bar/food service on the roof terrace would be terrific

The incompetent staff- the room had hi tech gizmos like the toilet and remote controlled lights, tv, etc all very nice but it totally lacked the basics like coffee and water everyday for the $160/day price that would be considered basic even in Paris, NYC - but in Puebla???? Breakfast was in a local basic cafe across the street at our invonvenience + we were asked if our room should be serviced everyday - at that price i should think so. The manager Vanessa was AWOL and did not make any effort to remedy our concerns. We were threatened by Ariel and locked in until we paid for the coffee pods and water bottles - really?? ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE THERE ARE MANY OTHER CHOICES - unfortunately, we had prepaid and could not make a change. None of the staff could communicate in English which at a supposed highly priced hotel is also surprising. BEWARE AND CHOOSE WISELY!!!

Beautiful hotel with large rooms, large rooftop terrace and pool, and the staff were kind and answered questions and requests immediately. The technology in the room all worked well and was very fun, and everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Cons:

Don't use their puebla airport driver recommendation. We provided our flight info the day before, but after we landed no driver was waiting at the airport. We had to message on whatsapp and ask where he was, and after the hotel called him overall we waited over an hour at the airport late at night.
