The stay was great. It was quiet on campus. I’d return here.
Convenient for events at the University of Memphis
Perfect location to the University. The mattress was too firm for my liking. Overall a great stay!
I found this place to be an interesting change of pace. A hidden jewel per se. Perfect combination for business and relaxation. Rooms come with a private balcony with seating. Building itself is convenient to UM campus.
Nice executives feel, not family atmosphere. Overall nice🙂
No one at service desk. Had to cross street to Holiday in to check in and out.
Wonderful
Basic and a bit dated, but fine if you just need somewhere to sleep.
Convenient location and a great price. This was our 4th or 5th visit.
This was an interesting experience. I did not receive any type of alert telling me that I needed to check in across the street. Thus, I parked at the address given (which stated I needed to pay for parking though the website says parking is free). I then happened to run into the maintenance man who told me I had to check in at the Holiday Inn across the street. Thus, I had to pack all my belongings across the road, the parking lot and into the lobby. There was no shuttle service. After checking in, I had to go all the way back. I was given a parking tag, but had to pay $7 for parking in the garage without a tag previously. There way no Wi-Fi in the Fogelman Executive Center. The room was small but clean. Oddly, there was a common room and laundry facilities. It was quiet, which I appreciated. However, it was highly inconvenient. Though it was not the facility's fault, power went out on the 2nd night of our stay. We had to park across the street again because of the automatic entry and walk across. Then, we had to walk back across with all our belongings to check out the next morning.
It was a little unusual arraignment. You have to go to the Holiday Inn across the street to register. I was not informed of this upfront. Had I not happen to run into an employee, I would have never known. The room was nice, air condition was great and it was very clean. The only disadvantage was that there was nothing else in the building except rooms. If you needed anything like extra pillows, food or soap, you would need to go across the street for those items.
Quiet, relaxing safe environment. Met our needs for an overnight stay.
This is a nice place, when we first arrived we weren't sure. Check-in is across the street at the day's inn which is very nice. The hotel was nice and clean and quiet.will stay again.
Quietest hotel I have ever stayed at, possibly due to the fact it was the weekend.
Perfect place to stay when visiting your cold at the University of Memphis!
Good value for the money. The bathroom could hv been cleaner but no major issues. Having a balcony was. Nice.
pros: it's close the campus; quiet; clean.
cons: check-in is not convenient; vending machine needs to be restocked.
I think that the room was definitely overpriced. It was a decent room but no where near worth 100+ dollars. The shower water didn’t even get hot, it was only warm. The housekeeping staff was very friendly! I also enjoyed the fact that this room was on a college campus. Overall, decent hotel. I would stay there again for a cheaper rate.
Clean and friendly. Easily accessible and quiet. Made my experience even more enjoyable. Would stay there again I’m the future.
The room was not equipped with USB ports. Same was true for the computer room and the commons room.
There was no one available in check in to assist with locating a usb so I went to the catering and conference office and asked to borrow a usb charger. They were reticent but did offer to contact AV Dept. After waiting a few minutes. I told them to cancel the request. I then located a Walgreens to buy a usb charger.
Neither vending machine worked nor did the parking card.
